Room was clean and spacious, the walls were incredibly thin, I felt like I was intruding in someones house. The fridge was not clean and could not store anything in it.

The dirty fridge, quick double check would ensure and proper to use.

Wonderful Experience in Brussels

The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful even before our arrival. We had some special requests for our stay, and they were very kind and efficient in taking care of everything. The location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel if you're in Brussels for meetings with the EU offices.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast isn't amazing but does the trick. The automated check-in was super easy and took about a minute. Parking is available in the basement which is very convenient. Location is perfect if you're in Brussels for meetings with the EU commission or parliament.

The rooms are quite worn, for example my bed had a box spring but no top, i.e. I slept on the springs. And the aircon kept on blowing hot air regardless of the setting.

4 days in European central

Location is really good, nice park and grocery store is nearby. Conection to the city is easy. The room was spaceous.

The hotel needs updating. The kitchenete is basic, lights and electrical plugs were not working properly. There was a fire alarm one day of our stay and we waited for 40 min outside of the hotel for somebody to come and shut it down since there are no staff at the hotel.

Comfortable stay for family

I stayed in 1 room apartment for 4 nights. Apartment was nice & clean. Bus stand is just outside the apartment & a park right in front for relaxing & for Kids to play. There are enough on street parking spaces with parking machine to pay, 9pm to 9am parking is free.

Floor corridor was smelling too bad, Air fresheners should have been installed.

good size of the living room/kitchen. nice coffee make (a Nespresso machine)

duvet and its cover are difference sizes - we got a room with a pull out sofa bed which came with a very small rectangle size cover with a much bigger square duvet inside. First I could not tell what was wrong but just feel uncomfortable. So i took the inside out and they are in very wrong size. I managed to fold the duvet to match the cover but it was small. Luckily it was not cold so it is ok. This place has a good bone but many little things can be improved, without spending too much money, like the duvet cover. Also the shower head does not stay up on the holder. Trash can in the bathroom very dirty and abused. oh, I forgot to mention, the duvet, when I pull it out of the cover, has several stains and shows very worn.

Good location without being in the city centre

Location was perfect for us visiting family nearby. Access was easy via a code getting into the main building but because it was office hours we didn't realise the key for our apartment was at reception which was hidden around the corner from the main door. However, receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was spacious with great views over the park and out to Brussels centre. It was easy to park outside whilst we unloaded. We got a ticket for 15 minutes which was free as we weren't using the parking at the apartment. Was able to get two BBC channels on TV so could keep up with news. Bed was quite comfy. Easy access into Brussels on the Metro which is a short walk away. European Commission is close by. Plenty of bus routes from outside the apartment block but beware, one of the stops is alighting only and the stop for getting on is on the other side of the park. The locals are friendly and will help you if you need advice. There is a selection of bars nearby, some selling food but check times. We found a couple of small supermarkets close by for groceries which are open late. There is a quality chocolate shop a couple of minutes walk away called Centho. Go in for your free sample. It's expensive but worth it. We will probably stop here again if we're in the area and hopefully will be able to give higher scores if we're in a refurbished room. Overall, we would recommend this property. Can't comment on breakfast as we did our own thing.

The room and bathroom needs updating. Fridge didn't work properly which we reported on our departure. This was a problem as there was a heatwave and it was difficult keeping food cool (and beer!). Apparently there is a rolling programme of rooms being refurbished. A cutting board in the kitchen would have been useful and a bit more equipment. It was very basic. Room was hot. We were able to put the room temp controls on minimum which helped a bit and circulated the air. It was difficult to open and close curtains but that will probably be resolved when the room is refurbished.

A dump in a great location

The only plus about this place is the location, otherwise it's a dump!

The fitted carpet was stained and filthy, the wallpaper in the bathroom was stained and torn in several places, the mattress was as hard as a rock, the lighting very poor and there was no chair to sit on.

Wonderful convenient and affordable place at the heart of Brussels.

Great place and personnel - even more wonderful. Very attentive, responsive to your needs. I am very grateful - I even got some coffee while waiting for my room to empty.

Beware of the wall unit for climate control - it's a heating system, not a conditioner.

A sad story in the middle of an EU capital.

Location is good, 20 mins walking/5-7 mins by car distance to central train\bus station and approximately same to historical center. Facilities has 2 compartments. Rooms were clean, buthrooms were very clean. Staff was OK. We were staying during weekend and breakfast is not avaliable during weekend, which is trange, most hotels have their restaurants opened during weekends. But sometimes for the same money had even worse so in my experience it is 7/10 money worth.

Condition of furniture I would say bad, oudated, some part of furniture is broken, bad are one of the most uncomfortable I had in years. Everything is 15-20 years old. Room vere smoked through wich gave disgusting smell and windows needed to opened all the time. One balcony for 2 numbers with out division wall in the middle - not quite comfortable. Cofee machine in the hall near reseption also not avaliable during weekend. No receptionist/stuff avaliable during weekend =(

Worst & Pathetic hotel

Nothing worst ever experience.

People should avoid this its horrible place to stay , i have booked for 5 nights staff only came once after that 4 days they didn't turned up all the waste was smelling badly and room condition was pathetic as if they never opened the room for long time , i have photos to proof the same and no towel was changed its horrible don't ever stay at such hotels.

Cozy and nice stay in Brussels!

Top! Rooms were very nice and convenient. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to access every part of Brussels. Thanks to its location, taxi service wasn't costly if you travel to airport or train stations (Brussel North or Central station) The Parliament and the Commission are just a few minutes away on foot – ideal if you're on a business trip for that purpose. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I left completely satisfied with my stay.

One of the rooms were a bit dark – the lightings seemed poorly positioned, but it’s nothing to complain about. Just a friendly recommendation to the owner to consider improving it.

One night very bad experience

What I like about was die cleaning and good location.

The staff on the night with one hand was very rude also another Man working together was not friendly I will never per fair this Hotel to anyone. Because I ask for another room the didn’t help me i have paid lot but because of the staff at night I was very disappointed.

If you are looking for a cheap and central option for your family trip in Brussels, this is a suitable option.

The location was freat, easy access to the tourist areas of the city and easy to access from the airport. There is a park right across the street with a playground for kids and plenty of shops/pharmacies/restaurants in the area. Also the staff were quite friendly.

The place seemed quite old/cheap. While nothing was dirty at all, the bed mattress/couch were old and uncomfortable, the windows were releasing cold air into the apartment even when closed, the kitchen was missing some things which would make it very good (salt, extra dish towel for drying things, a cutting board), and no one came to clean in 3 days

Ok for a short trip

Good location outside of Brussels, but close to multiple bus stops. Room had everything that was listed. There is parking available below the building. Easy to follow instructions to get keys/access.

Parking is limited and SUPER snug - damage to vehicles very possible in a tight area like that. Expected a better bed and not a flip down murphy bed. Curtains in the rooms facing the afternoon sun are not light blocking - so the room gets VERY warm without airflow or AC.

Very central location, arrival was well organised even though late arriving, rooms are spacious and well equipped. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Location is very good. Free water machine was available in the corridor to fill the bottle or glass.

Room was very hot, no fresh air. Air-conditioning didn`t work properly and was very loud. It was not an option to leave the window open as it was a terrace shared with other rooms. Shower didn`t work at all - no water was coming out, only weird noise.

poor technical condition of the hotel, everything is old and have a lot of scratches, cleaning staff entering room twice on day of departure before check-out hour, for this price I would expect more, there are 4-star hotels nearby with same price tag, poorly equipped kitchen + bad smell from fridge, very crowded and slow elevator

Nice room but disappointing service Disappointing

The size of the room was nice and it was clean and confrotable. The area was also nice and quiet.

The checking in system wasn't good. We contacted them a few times to request early check in and we're not replied to. We arrived on Saturday and there was no staff on site to help as they don't work on weekends. We contacted the emergency manager and there were no provisions to store luggage. And we couldn't check in for several hours We had to leave the hotel and store luggage in the centre with a luggage storage service and return later. This was incredibly inconvenient. The bathroom and bathtub was incredibly slippery and I fell over. I also requested laundry pods from additional services and they didn't reply to that either We shared a balcony with other rooms.
