It’s new

Price increased on 17% and now it is becoming a less interesting option. This is a hotel 100% for Business people, not for families and not for holiday.

Super clean hotel. Good for a night before your flight.

Close to the airport and super clean hotel. Nothing then good. You won't find that many tidy hotels in the vicinity of the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet as well.

The location doesn't offer anything in the vicinity (industrial area). Especially when the restaurant is closed (not mentioned upfront) it is hard to find proper food apart from delivery services. The gym looked very nice and was also closed without information upfront.

Excellent hotel for a business stay

Excellent hotel for a business stay, great location near the airport and still has a brand new feel even though I was told it’s been open a year now. Love the little sustainable touches - water bottles in the rooms you can fill at the water fountain in the corridor rather than plastic bottles, that kind of thing is much appreciated.

The only thing I could fault was a bit of an absence of staff at breakfast - it’s a buffet and very good selection but when the teabags needed refilling I had to search for someone. But that is really a very small gripe about an otherwise excellent stay.

Great property with all the modern conviences one needs for a brief business stay. The restaurant was better than expected with exceptionnal service. The Gym was spectacular with lots of natural light.

The receptionist was rude. We booked 6 rooms for six adults but when we arrived at the hotel only 3 were available. In the main times they had continued to accept reservations .

Good for stay close to Airport

Very clean, room very modern. Comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good for an overnight stay before a flight.

Expensive breakfast. Only real issue is location. Also no walk way to bus stop to get into city centre, you have to walk on the road. Very far from anything, nowhere close by to eat. Limited selection at hotel restaurant.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were professional and friendly. Gorgeous clean room, most comfortable bed/pillows since leaving home. And food in Horizons was the best we’d had in all of Belgium! The burger .. 😋😋😋😋

Because we travelled by transit, it was a bit of a hike to the bus and then train in order to get downtown Brussels. However, the booking includes a shuttle to the airport which was just a 30 minute drive.

Curb side drop off

I was disappointed that we had to wait 45 min for the hotel shuttle to collect us from the airport, and then we were dropped off on the street and not taken to the hotel entrance.

Very inconvenient location

Property was new and clean

We specifically chose this hotel for the availability of airport transportation. However, it is possible only early in the morning and late in the night. So, since it was not suitable for our flights we had to use Uber. Also, the buses from city centre not available from very early in the evening on (like 22.00 or something). So, if you want to spent some time at the centre you should again use an Uber. Therefore, it was meaningless for us to stay in this location.

Very comfortable, clean and reliable hotel, a bit outside the beaten track.

The hotel is brand new, everything is very modern, state-of-the art and clean. The room had a nice view and the bathroom is very large. The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet and the breakfast area has a wonderful view. Friendly staff. Great gym on the ground floor.

The coffee could be improved, otherwise everything was great.

This may someday be a well-run hotel, but it's a work in progress

This hotel may someday be an excellent place to stay on the night before an early-morning flight. Everything is brand new and reasonably high quality. The problem is that the proprietors haven't figured out how to operate the hotel yet (see some examples below). Never the less, we had a decent stay, because the basic "bones" of the place are pretty good and the staff was very responsive to our concerns. However, the next problem is looming: they're about to build a whole new wing of rooms and I don't have high confidence they can accomplish that task while operating the hotel. The free shuttle to the airport was run by a third party and worked perfectly.

The issue at present is that there are just too many things going wrong. It's as if the hotel and staff were undergoing Beta testing. We weren't able to get any response out of the climate control system in our room, only to find out after informing Reception, that the climate control in our room was inoperative. We were given a new room, which had a functioning climate control system, but the ice bucket was full of garbage from the previous occupant; the maid hadn't bothered to check it. When we inquired about the hotel's restaurant, we were directed to a QR code on the TV screen. We were able to read the menu and make some decisions, but when we arrived in the dining room, the menu was completely different. We were also encouraged to order any iced drinks we wanted, because the ice maker had failed and the ice on hand was rapidly melting. Really?

Lovely hotel - long shuttle bus ride to the airport

Super clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Room was a good size with a desk, good shower, nice toiletries etc. Breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant up on the top floor is lovely on a sunny morning.

The TV didn't work properly; and the bus ride to the airport was 35 minutes as it stopped at all the other hotels in the area. With hindsight, I should have got a taxi. Neither bothered me massively but it would have been a 10/10 otherwise

Convenient and comfortable

I really liked the hotel. There’s parking available (with an additional fee of €15), and the elevator goes directly to the room, parking, reception and restaurant. It’s very convenient and close to the airport. I really liked the lighting system in the bedroom. It’s very comfortable — no need to turn off each light one by one.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there weren’t many power outlets in the bedroom. Moreover, I asked the hotel in advance whether I needed to reserve a parking spot, and the staff told me it wasn’t necessary. However, when I checked in, the reception asked if I had a reservation for parking because the lot was quite full, and they advised that I should reserve in advance next time. I was a bit confused as to why I was initially told that no reservation was needed.

It’s a new hotel, so super clean, helpful staffs, quality breakfast is available for 30€, food is also really good, quiet, The reception is at 8th floor, There is small fitness room, sauna and steam room at ground floor, Regular bus transport from hotel to airport and back btw 4-10 am & 17-23 almost every 45 min or they would arrange a taxi for you. Room facilities include coffee machine and water boiler, iron and iron board, hairdryer.

For frequent transfer to The city and back better to get a car.

Brand new hotel and great location. Lobby + reception on 8th floor with an amazing (snowing) view. Big carpark at 15.5€ a day. Breakfast was good (buffet) and friendly staff. Price quality very good!

Ik had voor deze prijs een kamer met bad verwacht. Maar de kamer is wel heel fijn. De shuttle mag wat beter afgestemd rijden op aankomsttijden. Het duurde drie kwartier voor hij er was en na het uitchecken zou ik vier uur hebben moeten wachten. Ik heb dus een taxi genomen.
