Everything was truly excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. At the beginning of our stay, we also received a welcome drink. The room was cleaned every day, and coffee and tea were replenished regularly.
The location is outside the city, but you can easily reach the city center in about 40 minutes by bus, which stops right in front of the hotel entrance.
The only thing that could make the stay even better would be having a refrigerator in the room. There is an electric kettle, an iron, and a hairdryer, but no fridge.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight, would not really recommend it otherwise. The rooms are all renovated and very spacious, with that generic modern style you would expect at chain hotels like these.
They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 minutes, make sure to book your spot at the reception if you want to use it. Very fast and convenient!
We arrived around 1:30pm and the receptionist told us the rooms weren't ready yet. After leaving our bags and using the bathroom, we ran into another receptionist who told us there are plenty of rooms available and even let us choose the type of bed we wanted. We really appreciated her help, but we were a bit confused by the first receptionist as the hotel was clearly very empty that day.
Dinner seems really overpriced, we ended up walking to Zaventem which turned out to be a much better idea. I recommend doing that if the weather is nice.
