Overall a nice stay !

Room is modern, Bed very comfortable, Neat and Clean Shower. Good Breakfast !

Gym is very basic, Infra red sauna has annoying 20min timer which shuts it off even if its not hot yet !

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had asked for a king bed, and got that. Thank you! We really appreciated the airport shuttle.

Screens on the windows would be useful to keep out mosquitoes, because the duvet was very hot and we would have liked to have an open window.

Stayed in a few other hotels and ABBs.Your place was by far the best delivering everything you promised. It was better looking than the pictures! Your staff at the front desk, two ladies and our server were GREAT!! I only remember Sara’s name!! They fantastic!

Great Hotel

1. The staff are very friendly and professional. 2. The rooms are neat and offer a great view. 3. The rooms are well insulated, so you're not disturbed by the planes flying overhead.

We received only one key instead of two, which made things a bit inconvenient whenever one of us needed to leave the room. It should be standard practice to provide two keys when there are two adults.

Functional for one

Breakfast was quite good, the video that they send you before arriving showing where the parking garage is was very helpful. Bed was comfortable, and overall the hotel was quiet. Close to the airport and to the highway.

This hotel suffers from the decorators trying to be too modern and fancy. First, and biggest issue, is that they use a sliding glass barn door for the bathroom. Not only is it quite open to the bedroom, the glass door's "handle" is simply a large hole cut into the glass. Therefore, while you're sitting on the toilet, you can make easy eye contact with whoever is sitting on the sofa or at the desk. No privacy, so hope you're not sharing the room with anyone! Next, the way that the shower is designed, water will splash out all over the floor, leaving it soaked. The entire bathroom is just poorly designed and not comfortable. The main room itself is quite dim - dark paint and not enough light to be comfortable. There's also no drawers and very limited storage for clothes, so it's hard to unpack if you are going to be here a while. Finally, there's nothing nearby. If you want to get dinner or do anything, there's nothing really within walking distance. If you're planning on just staying in the room and working, the hotel is alright, but it's not exactly a great place to enjoy Brussels from.

0 sense of hospitality

We arrived at the hotel with my family around 10pm, tired and just wanting to rest after a long day — but ended up waiting for almost an hour to get our room. The reason? Apparently there was a “shift change” happening. No one explained anything to us unless we went up to ask, and even then, nobody really answered. We just stood there, confused and ignored, while staff walked back and forth without acknowledging us. Honestly, after a long trip, this is the last thing you want. Extremely poor communication and zero sense of hospitality at that moment.

An amazing hotel with a lovely staff

Everything was great! The room was private and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! There was a little table in front of the bed. The room was spacious. I loved the bathroom! There was a place to sit in the hallway (in the room) and a big closet. The breakfast was super good and tasty! I really wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel! The staff was super lovely and helped me out when needed - I really appreciate it!

The room was a bit cold, but there was a thermostat in the room so you could make it warmer. Everything else was absolutely amazing!

Great hotel, but underground parking for cars up to 2.15 m

Booked this hotel three times in the last 2 months for my sister who is traveling with 2 children and 2 dogs. Everything is fine! The rooms are nice, all amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.

No cons, there is only clarification for travelers in tall cars or with a roof rack. If your car is 2.15 m or higher, you will not be able to use the underground parking (there is only one). However, if you inform the reception about this, they will offer you to park near the hotel (but there is very limited space, so be aware). Also, the third reservation was made on the official Radisson website, and there is no possibility to leave a comment on the reservation, unlike booking.com. Therefore, it turned out to be easier to make a reservation on Booking.com.

- Even though i did online check in, it took 30 min to check in, the process was basically the same. The gentleman at the reception was not capable of doing the job! - The parking signs are not very clear and confusing. It took me 10 min to find the entrance to the parking - The room is small

Waste of money on the name of radisson

Nothing most , poor quality on the name of radisson. And not worth paying 95£

Rooms , private lounge can give this facilities and fancy look , radisson is luxury , it’s not worth and breakfast was Bhulshit not fresh , can’t provide even an omelette on request .

Better book somewhere else!

I reserved a Superior room but was given a Standard room, which was presented as a Superior one. This room didn't match the images or descriptions from the Booking or hotel websites. Subsequently, I was moved to a Family room, which lacked amenities like bathrobes and slippers, and had issues like a stained chair, dust, holes in the curtains, and stained windows. After lodging a formal complaint, the hotel compensated by offering this Family room, which they claimed was larger and more expensive than their Superior rooms, along with a complimentary breakfast upgrade. However, the Family room's cleanliness and standards were unsatisfactory. This experience has left me puzzled about the hotel's high ratings and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Big neat and clean rooms

Didn’t provide us a late check out which we really needed as our flight was very late and we wanted our parents and baby to have little extra comfortable time in the hotel. Breakfast options can be more and better

Good for one night

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight, would not really recommend it otherwise. The rooms are all renovated and very spacious, with that generic modern style you would expect at chain hotels like these. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 minutes, make sure to book your spot at the reception if you want to use it. Very fast and convenient!

We arrived around 1:30pm and the receptionist told us the rooms weren't ready yet. After leaving our bags and using the bathroom, we ran into another receptionist who told us there are plenty of rooms available and even let us choose the type of bed we wanted. We really appreciated her help, but we were a bit confused by the first receptionist as the hotel was clearly very empty that day. Dinner seems really overpriced, we ended up walking to Zaventem which turned out to be a much better idea. I recommend doing that if the weather is nice.
