Good place to crash if you have an early flight

Very clean room great bed and good shower Checkin was fast and the ap shuttle very convenient driver very helpful

Nice place to stay but it is very far from the city centre

Clean and well equipped but could do with an iron.

The staff seemed a bit standoffish but overall they were helpful. The biggest let down was the location. Whilst booking it says the property is half a mile from the city centre. It is not. It’s 5 miles away. Ultimately, I should have double checked but I went off the description of the hotel

Great hotel

I love its location, they offer pick up from the airport and the train station is right in front of it so it was the best choice for us to spend the night after a long night flight

Reception was not professional and did not give all information what we need. We have to ask about the breakfast, parking They could not find our booking at the beginning. Poor customer service

Comfortable overnight stay for an early flight

Convenient to airport and free shuttle. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. They provide everything you need and very clean and modern.

Suggested for a business trip

Location is comfortable even travelling by train, very close to the business area of Zaventem (15mins) and has a shuttle bus from the airport, so perfect situation to manage the travel options. A lot of space in common areas and in the room, clean, with all comforts. Definitively a good choice.

The choice at the brasserie is a bit poor, it could be improved.

Breakfast did not have good option for pure Vegans. Even the display name of the food was not clear to make out clearly whether it's chicken or some other meat.

No free parking. I went to return the rental car to the airport evening before and I lost some time. There is a free shuttle though.

Worst NH hotel I have ever stayed. It's bad for NH reputation.

They have a parking. It is not included in the price and it is expensive but at least there is one.

There was very annoying noise in the room from the ventilation. The bathroom was not clean and had a bad smell. The receptionists were internships some time polite and some time totally indifferent. The breakfast was poor for an NH. We were left in the parking for 30 min because the system was not working and no one came for help although they were informed through the phone and in person. We barely made it for our flight.

Good hotel for accessing Brussels & airport.

Good location for train to Brussels centre and shuttle to airport.

There was an error by staff for our booking on the shuttle bus. The bus can only hold about 6 people and our booking was lost by staff. Staff ordered a taxi for us at hotel’s cost. Good resolution but booking system needs improvement to avoid stress & extra cost.

Pleasant but warm.

On site restaurant. Friendly and helpful Front Desk staff (especially Borja and Deborah). Mints at the front desk. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Airport shuttle service was lovely.

Room 517 was very warm! Guess being a “rooftop” was to blame but the AC never got the room cool.

We had dinner on the first floor. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. The rooms and the lobby were very clean.

There was no hot water in the shower in room 315. Luckily, we had two rooms. There was no soap by the sink—two bottles of body lotion were placed there instead of soap. There was no bottled water. After a long flight, guests definitely need bottled water. If you don’t want to spend one euro for your guests' comfort, at least set up a minibar and sell water in the room fridge.

Not great but ok due to location and connectivity.

Location and connectivity to centre

Poorly organised for guest when they arrive no guidance like where to park temporarily till check in and also I spent 15 min in circles to find a normal parking underground as there were none available and had to park in the electric vehicle designated parking. Went to inform reception and they simply say yes these electric parking are made available to all due to shortage, when they knew but did not bother to inform in advance. Underground parking have no proper road marking

Spacious room

There is no clear instructions where is the shuttle bus located in the airport. Phone number indicated in the app does not pick up the phone multiple times, so I needed to find different phone number on their website to call reception. A women there told that it is on the 0 level on the left side once you go outside, but it is actually on the right side. Nothing too dramatic, but once you land late in the evening and dreaming about going to bed and still need to solve puzzles how to find a shuttle bus - it is a annoying. Just indicate where to find it clearly, as I could not find in the reviews as well. And fix a phone number in the booking app.

Rooms are nice, usual standard for NH hotels.

Front receptionnist are not so niceI booked taxi the day before but it didn't come and I had a flighht to take. the first lady didn' properly handle my issue but fortunately the second lady was more efficient and could solve. however, they were not so friendly. The restaurant is to avoid... really bad food for the price...

Very good

No complaints - my ratings may be a bit tainted by immediately previous experience with 10 days in an older, much "warmer" atmosphere in Edinburgh. NH was nice, a bit too modern for my tastes and service was fine, not extraordinary. First room was not what I booked, but quickly remedied. Shower was excellent, room was spacious, if a bit "cold feeling" and the proximity to train station was EXCELLENT!

Nothing really, just did not get a great vibe - hotel seems a bit more geared for business than leisure travelers. However, If we ever return to Brussels - highly unlikely - this would be our choice. It is a very good choice.
