Comfortable bed, great breakfast and service. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was also appreciated.
On-site restaurant does not offer value for money. The fish and chips are essentially large fish fingers with frozen chips. Service was particularly slow as well towards the end of service.

Excellent room: very clean, sound-proof windows, top-tier shower and an efficient coffee station, with wine and juice glasses. A modern gym and complementary apples in lobby knock it up to a '10.' The Diegem train station (S2) is right across the street, quite convenient. Very friendly receptionist team, at night and morning.

Clean and well equipped but could do with an iron.
The staff seemed a bit standoffish but overall they were helpful. The biggest let down was the location. Whilst booking it says the property is half a mile from the city centre. It is not. It’s 5 miles away. Ultimately, I should have double checked but I went off the description of the hotel
