Pleasant staff, nice property which was great for a business trip.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings but not a major problem due to other local options.

Points of excellence: the staff at reception and at the bar; the cleanliness; the comfortable bed; the quality and choice of breakfast. It was disappointing that the kitchen of the restaurant was closed the evening I arrived - I was really looking forward to a nice quite dinner to unwind. Although the staff were very kind and helpful at the bar and from the kitchen, the choices offered were very limited (4 pizzas, and 4 pasta dishes...), low from a healthy food perspective, and definitely not flexible to accommodate certain allergic or other particular needs (ex. gluten-free) ; the quality was less than average: ex: my choice of taggliatelli with asparagus and salmon was a (generous) plate with pasta in a flat bechamel sauce with THREE one inch pieces of minuscule asparagus, and 4-5 nuggets of cooked salmon.... the overall dish was tasteless and disappointing.

Questions around the taxi driver since I had ordered, upon arrival the night before, for my early flight the next morning. The person at reception very kindly offered to verify if the driver had arrived when I walked out of the breakfast area. He said he had not, but that a driver who was there would take me; I noticed he did not start the meter and he mentioned that he just had driven a person and that it was to be 29 Euro; I mentioned that, arriving from the airport the night before it had been 23 euro... he then started the meter- he also took a turn somewhere, away from the airport and I asked where he was going.... he said that was the way to go to the airport, but that he only would charge 25 euro. He finally left me in the area outside, where the hotel shuttles wait fort heir guests. When asked for a receipt, he did provide one. Being a 79 year old woman traveling alone, this was not a comfortable situation I wondered if this is the usual way and if the driver was a regular airport taxi driver....

nice staff at front desk and nice cleaner. good location near airport- flight was cancelled and needed somewhere close to stay

at night there was a woman screaming for hours near our room, and no security dealt with it. was very disruptive. the tv wouldn’t change to english
