Nice hotel close to Brussels airport

Free shuttle bus to/from Brussels Zaventem airport. The room felt comfortable. The iron and ironing board in the room were appreciated. Great variety at the breakfast buffet.

Mold on the ceiling in the shower area. Cheap toilet paper. On the TV the user interface for changing channels was non-intuitive. Access to public transport is not very convenient.

Lovely Hotel. Close to the airport.

Our room was really cold. The heating system is also an air conditioner. I had to go and ask at reception for advice about how to work it. We sat with our coat and hats on, for about an hour and a half, before the room started to feel warm.

1- we were 2 people in the room, but the bottled water given was only 1. And we asked for extra, but they did not give us, but asked to purchase.We paid the room for 2pax. 2- slide lock on the door was impossible to use 3- no bedroom slippers

Mixed feelings about this hotel. I’d stay again if I could get a room far away from the morning truck noises

Newly refurbished, comfortable beds, comfortable rooms, close to airport, friendly staff. The onsite restaurant was quite good though a little slow and expensive for what was on offer. The disabled room was on ground level and very spacious.

Parking was an extra €25 per day, which we found quite expensive when we are nowhere near a town centre and there is plenty of space everywhere. We were woken up by loud truck noises from beneath our bedroom window that started early in the morning. We think it was refrigerated trucks dropping off supplies. Whatever it was, it was loud and constant and really detracted from the comfort and subsequent value of our stay.

i have selected this hotel because the Cybersecurity event was hold there, so not for the hotel itself.

the bathroom room had some hairs on the floor and the general cleanness was very poor... very disappointed to have pay so much for so little.

Great hotel with a lovely outside terrace on the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable rooms with all amenities.

We had to wait for some room keys until 4pm on the arrival days of our groups which is not acceptable

The staff in the restaurant is not on the level of the otherwise good hotel.

Good breakfast! Receptionists are always ready to help you. The shuttle is very convenient.

The staff in the restaurant calculated my beer twice. Take a newspaper with you for dinner - a 30min interval between the salad and the steak + 30 min somebody to prepare the final bill. And the restaurant was not full.

Fine place to stay prior to morning flight from Brussels.

Close to airport. Shuttle was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was just a place to stay the night before our flight home to the US, and it filled that role perfectly adequately.

It a great hotel to have a stay over especially when you are in transit.

I had only a night at the hotel because I had to catch my connecting flight the next morning. But the hotel, bed and food was to my expectation.

I spend 10 hours at the hotel only and there is nothing that I would say that I didn't like because everything was fine. Staff were helpfull, Rooms were comfortable and food was good.

Quality rooms, close to the airport.

Close to the airport for connections to other cities. Breakfast was able to cater for my gluten free and non dairy needs-thank you.

Due to delays, our airline put us overnight into the Holiday Inn and included dinner and breakfast. We were too late for dinner as the kitchen had closed but went to the bar and bought a bottle of wine (€40!) Within 10 mins, we were asked to leave the bar as it was closing and had to sit in the lobby. We hadn’t been told this when we bought the wine! Many fellow passengers were stranded here and it is disappointing (as hotel guests) that they couldn’t stay open long enough for us to finish our wine at 11pm and could have offered crisps/nuts.

Good hotel for 1 night stay

Location as the name of the hotel suggests - close to the airport so as always there are pros and cons. Pros - no need to mention, cons - noise of planes which take off very frequently. You can close the window and turn on aircon if the noise is really bugging you.

See above but that is understood - but to complain about the noise when the hotel is near the airport is like complaining that that a wasp stings... it's just the way things are...

Very bad

We had a room booked for 4 people, 2 adult and 2 children, we received a room with 2 beds and only one was made, after calling the reception I was told that the room keeping does not work at 8pm, I argued that I need a place for my kids to sleeps and they gave me a blanket and two pillows without a sheet and argued that that’s what they have. The bad mattress was filthy with stains all over and I found my self walking all over the hotel looking for a sheet to let my children sleep in the bad. Extremely negative experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing Gym and amazing restaurant. Service is very nice and comfortable. Complimentary mini-bar at our room.
