Beautiful spacious room with amazing details that make all the difference

Everything was great! The little details like the separate toilet, extra door at the bedroom to protect from the noise in the hallway, Rituals soap&shampoo, quick shuttle to the airport etc were all amazing and much appreciated. Super easy check-in and checkout, delicious breakfast, nice gym and friendly people

Fit for purpose, but run down.

The location and shuttle to the airport.

It was incredibly dated, and there is no room service, not even a menu in the room. You have to go to the restaurant to order and collect food. One of the bus drivers was grumpy, not considerate of if you’ve sat down before flying off on the road.

Excellent and value for money!

The hotel is very accommodating and warm to guests. Provided us a room to accommodate my daughter. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable, there is a kettle and most of all free shuttle to the airport to access all types of transportation to the city and everywhere. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again to stay.

For early flight good hotel

They pick you up in airport at arriving, and they put you in airport at departure. If you like walking just go out of hotel and walk to airport i think about 15min or less.

Easy access and comfortable for a night before catching a flight

Not the property’s fault I believe, but there are lots of road works going around impacting your commute time to the airport. The parking payment didn’t go smoothly with me.

Nice hotel, good restaurant

It was close to the airport, restaurants, and train.

The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was very minimal. The hosts of the restaurant were a little standoffish, and arrogant. Must have been the French ancestry in them.

Perfect stay

Clean property, friendly staff, very nice food, nice toiletries available and perfect place to rest before or after your flight. They can’t do enough for you, always trying to help you with anything which is perfect when travelling with babies.

Nice place and staff, excellent breakfast, good view from the window and fine equipment, they have everything you need.

The shurtle bus finishes quite soon (before 23:00) and while the hotel is in walking distance, the information regarding walking there is not quite ready.

Nice hotel close to airport. Shuttle service worked well. Spacious room with noise protection windows. Very nice small park in the hotel yard with sunbeds.

Ideal for an airport stop over

Location 5 min on the free shuttle bus to the airport and train station it was perfect . Staff were efficient. Place was warm and inviting, shuttle bus was so easy to use . Definitely recommend for early morning flights or late arrivals

Comfortable rooms in reasonably priced hotel with free airport shuttle bus.

The hotels vicinity to the Brussels International airport, the fact that they provide a complimentary shuttle bus to this airport and the very reasonable cost for the room all make it a very good choice if you need stay in a hotel the night before your flight.

Great location, next to airport yet still quiet.

even though the airport it's right next door, there are two sets of exterior windows and surprisingly I could not hear a thing from the outside . However the room above me was playing their music quite loud, but when I talked to the front desk they immediately resolved the issue.

Good location but a bad standard

I like that it was so close to the airport and easy with the shuttle that takes you to the hotel and back to the airport.

The service in the restaurant was terrible but the food and price were OK. The room did not feel clean, and we had insects in the bathtub. Since we were only staying for one night, we did not really bother. I would probably stay here again when I have a transit, since the price for the hotel is manageable and so close to the airport. But the hotel overall was really old and very budget.

You won’t be able to actually rest well

The fact that it’s close to the airport and has shuttle. I believe it’s the main reason why you stay there. Rooms are good size, check in was easy

Pillows are HORRIBLE. Super hard and stuffed from the time, looks very old. This hotel costed me 235$ per night and the whole idea was to rest before a long flight. I couldn’t , because woke up from my neck pain. Sleeping on the plane feels the same… So the most essential thing in this hotel is failing. I don’t know if it’s only my room, but I suggest to go up and check the pillows before check in, maybe you will be luckier than me. Definitely not worth the money they charge.

Great location with free shuttle to airport, full of greens, Rituals products in the bathroom.

Near to the airport for an early morning departure, so it's really convenient. Free shuttle bus. Rituals products provided in the room. Spacious room with space for 2 large luggage bags and 2 hand carry. Fast check-in and self check-out. Greeted by a super warm and friendly reception upon arrival and immediately he updated us about the shuttle bus. Very thoughtful.
