It was a great stay, although a short one.

Our room was amazing and met our expectations. The bathroom and bath were great as well. The hotel’s location was perfect, especially since we had to leave for the airport around 3:30 AM to catch a 6:00 AM flight to Lisbon, Portugal.

To get to our room, we first had to go to Level 1, then follow yellow signage through the corridors, and finally take another lift to Level 2. It wasn’t ideal and was a bit annoying, but I understand it’s likely due to the hotel’s layout.

Box rooms are beautiful, small but spacious!

Beautiful room! Though small, spacious. Shuttle was convenient to get to the airport, restaurant food was good. There is a super cool Pong game on the new fourth floor; every floor has an artistic sitting area, one floor has a music-listening area with hundreds of CDs; every floor on the old building has a cool ironing area and they have a good gym.

Response time to question via email or booking.com was too slow; location is not practical to access via public transit; no window in room opens.

I was provided a room that was separated from another room by a door which I did not like it at all. I asked the Reception to change my room which they did not do it and there no information during the booking about such room. I found this not appropriate

dated rooms and hallways, beds are okay but when booking a 'superior' room , one would expect higher quality and/or comfort. all very basic and not even close to the standards you'd find in more recent Van der Valk hotels. Breakfast was an insult, asking EUR27.50 for poorly restocked (at 8 am no bread left) , grumpy staff wasn't helpful either. Very limited choice and no staff available to cook an omelette, so bad start of the morning overall. Won't go back

I had a very good stay. The staff were very friendly.

Its proximity to the airport was comforting and less worrisome.

Maybe I missed reading the information about their bus shuttle schedules from their website. It was a surprise to later hear that the bus morning schedule runs up until 9:00am. This is then follow by the evening schedule which starts from 5pm. The limousine service is then made available during those hours at higher rate. This inconveniences travelers between 9am and 4:30pm. In addition, it would be good to have an ATM machine. None existed when I asked for one to allow me withdraw.

Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the nice room decor and excellent use of space. Despite the small size, the room was well-structured and comfortable. Conveniently located next to my room was a coffee station and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night and had an early flight, with the airport just 10 minutes away. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making my short stay hassle-free.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about my experience.

Everything was good, except for the problem with the elevators that occurred exactly when I arrived and had me waiting in the lobby for some time.

In a case of hotel discomfort, like the elevators problem that kept me more than 1 hour in the lobby and restaurant, the hotel could have offered me a glass of wine at least. This is usual policy in most hotels.

30 minutes check in, first trying with the computer, 5 times taking a foto, did not work, 3 times with help from the stuff, than ask to go into the lines- another 10 minutes wait same for check out, 30 minutes to get the invoices correct: it was difficult to get the adresse of the customer on the invoices (which is from my view a normal ask with each client) still chewing gum paper on the table from the prior guest

Only good for the quick overnight before you leave for the airport

Good convenient location near the airport when you're on the get-go, especially with the short and affordable shuttle. Large choice on the breakfast buffet.

Very stereotype, nothing fancy. Smell of nicotine on the floors. "Amenities" in the room were just empty card boxes, and water in the shower could not be regulated (it was too hot to shower, actually!). 50% of the TV channels were blank.
