Cosy alternative to the big hotels.

A real find! Very comfortable and stylish local bed and breakfast. Stunning living area and nice communual balcony. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Brussels Airport if you want a change from the standard airpot type hotel. Great value!

Lovely find in Zaventem

Very friendly and helpful owner, the place felt welcoming into a home. Quiet neighbourhood but close enough to ring road and the city if you need it. Lovely lounge and dining area. Bed was big and comfortable.

Toilet in the bathroom would be good rather than sharing. Bedside tables & lamps also needed.

Feeling of inhospitality

Nice furniture.

We had two nights with breakfast. The first morning the owner started setting the table and wiping it while we were still having breakfast. The second morning she started cooking while we were still having breakfast and the whole room was filled with an unpleasant smell.

The room was clean, but the broken window caused constant noise and disturbance all night. We couldn’t sleep at all. This made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. Not recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful night. Otherwise we have planed to stay more days.

Confort, calme et excellent accueil non loin de Bruxelles

Le logement nous a parfaitement convenu. Il est situé dans un environnement calme et est pourvu d'une grande chambre très propre avec une literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et équilibré, il se prend face au jardin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte.

Niveauvolles R&B House Nähe Brüssel Liebevolle Bewirtung inklusive netter Kommunikation. Räumlichkeiten komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schönes Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche als Gemeinschaftsraum. Balkon, kleiner Garten, super für meinen Hund 🐕 .Gutes Frühstück.Vielen Dank ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt 🏡

Prima verblijf voor als je gaat vliegen bij Zaventem.

Mooi en net verblijf. Dicht bij vliegveld. Ontbijt was netjes geregeld.

Bed was erg hard. Jammer dat je voor toilet de kamer uit moest. We hadden bij het ontbijt te hard gekookte eieren en misten schaaltjes/ lepels voor de yoghurt.

J’ai tout aimé ! Le logement était très propre, bien décoré et ça sentait super bon. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’hôte est vraiment gentille, attentionnée et très investie dans sa tâche. Elle veille à la propreté, au confort et fait tout pour que ses invités se sentent bien. La maison, comme les chambres, disposent de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour serein. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent.

Unglaubliche abzocke und unverschämter Umgang

Die ruhige Lage

Vollgestelltes Zimmer, Gemeinschaftstoilette auf dem Flur, allerdings ohne Waschbecken , 5 m weiter ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne, Sonntagmorgen um 8 Uhr wollten wir frühstücken, war im Angebot enthalten, haben kein Frühstückszimmwr gefunden und uns getraut, zu klingeln. Die Inhaberin kam aufgebraust und hat uns erstmal angebrüllt, wir wecken das ganze Haus auf, sonntags gibt es kein Frühstück.

Prachtige start van onze vakantie naar Zakynthos

Ontbijt was heel goed; we moesten weer op tijd vertrekken(vliegtijd) en ze heeft voor ons speciaal het ontbijt eerder geserveerd en ik moet zeggen....zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en super super schoon. Niet al te ver lopen is een leuk cafeetje en iets verderop zijn er ook restaurants te vinden. Prima voor vertrek vanaf luchthaven Brussel...zeer dichtbij.

Stevige bedden waren het maar dat is eigenlijk bijna zo in alle accommodaties

La chambre est très propre et bien équipée. La maison est très belle , lumineuse et joliment décorée. Se situe dans un quartier résidentiel. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. La propriétaire est charmante et cherche à faire plaisir et à donner entière satisfaction. Je recommande plus que chaleureusement
