Easy access to transports, highway, restaurants, parking. Comfortable room.
News further cleaning: small spider web. Missing shower gel/shampoo.
Missing badging at entrance, so you dont need to ring each time you enter.

The hotel is situated at a suburb of Brussels around 40 minutes by bus or tram. There are several public transport connections. The area is clean, calm and quite safe. The hotel is quite cosy and the room had a comfortable bed and was spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel had tasty food. Overall, my experience was very pleasant.
I do not have any negative comments.

The staff were lovely and helpful
It was very old and tired. The bathroom was clean, but the grout between the tiles made it look dirty. One of the pillows looked like a muddy dog had it for a bed.Dont look under the bed, that wasn't pleasant. The breakfast tables were filthy along the edges.Breakfast was €10 for a buffet.Get down early if you have breakfast as its not replenished. We had a comfortable stay, but wouldn't go back.

Great location with tram away right outside. And 5 minutes walk to a food court. Also a lovely park and lake right outside. About 30 minutes to get into Brussels city centre from here.
Parking is tricky you will need to make quite a loop to get to the parking in front of the restaurant and have a cardboard type of parking disc. Also inform the hotel reception or you might face a fine. This is inside the LEZ of Brussels so check if your car needs to be registered and pay 35 euros per day.

The location was excellent, close to tram and bus facilities. The atmosphere was quite serene and peaceful. The staff were very courteous and pleasing always willing to help.
Had to climb a small flight of stairs with luggage even though lift was available.

Stayed here twice now, it a nice hotel and good value for money
On the evening had issue with the shower, low pressure. Was fine next morning though
The room was very hot, but was one of the hottest days of the year.

The staff spoke English which helps as my French is basic. I was travelling alone and am nearly 70. I never felt unsafe. There is a restaurant in the hotel for a wonderful curry and the portions are generous. Also the bus stops right outside.
The decor needs a refresh. But it is clean.

Good Room
Good night’s sleep.
Good Shower
Good Value for Money
There are good few parking spaces outside the hotel. Alternately you can park in the Fox / Mix Food Hall which is a short walk away (3 or 4 mins) for 22 ish euro per night, its 24 hour and super safe and clean.
If arriving by or hiring a scooter you can park right outside the hotel
Agee with a review I read before that he hallways are a bit tired, but no big deal.
Really nice and friendly staff.
No kettle or tea making facilities, but there was bottled water in the room and a fridge.

Was the cheapest hotel for Brussels (but still expensive in my opinion)
They write that you have free PRIVATE parking but you DO NOT!!! They tell you to just park on the street (public time limited parking) - There is NO PRIVATE PARKING! We were lucky because we discussed very long with the receptionist and they offered us to park on the parking of the boss.

I had a lovely stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and always willing to help. Although there was no kitchen, I opted for the breakfast buffet and it was quite good. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient, and public transportation nearby made it super easy to get to the city center. I definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable stay, very friendly and courteous owner and staff.
The restaurant was also good, we enjoyed our lunch and dinner we had here.
Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Breakfast was good not great, mainly because of the breads served. But overall good. Location could be problem if travelling by public transport late at night.

This is a unique hotel with a strong Indian ambience, but does NOT reek of curry. The owner Selma is practically obsessive about cleanliness. If are looking for a place far from the cookie-cutter hotel chains this would be a good choice. The Sikh chef produces very authentic meals; he made a veg buryani that vould have come straight from Hyderabad. The rooms are not huge, but the memory-foam beds are extremely comfortable. The owner's personalRoom perhsps a little small motto, 'you get what you pay for' is visible throughout the hotel.
Room is perhaps a little cramped, but it didn't worry me.

Location next to tram stop is excellent - only two stops to Herman-Debroux (metro). Very convenient. Free on street parking on the main road and just outside the hotel.
English not very good.
General area s a very tired (but good for the price).

Park and lake location, silence and welcoming staff, car parking
Narrow and steep stairs, synthetic carpet flooring everywhere

Lovely family-run hotel. Hotel was run by a very sweet Indian family who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Also love that the hotel was pet friendly and has a low nightly pet fee. Also, conveniently located on the 8 tram line, which allowed us to enjoy all our favorite places in residential Brussels.
We had a shared porch, and unfortunately the guests next door spent most of the first night smoking by our window. Not the establishment’s fault, but annoying that other guests were so inconsiderate. (Luckily, they left that first night.)

The staff is very kind.
There is a little fridge in the room, but no cup, no glass. It's strange. Everything was borrowed from dining room.

the location is ok
the pillow cases are shorter than the pillows and I found other guest’s hairs entangled in the pillow’s foam.
breakfast is basic.

The hotel is old and looks like a family-run hotel, which I liked.
The room was clean and was being cleaned everyday.
The location is good if you’re interested in the area (the forest) or here for work (e.g. conference nearby). There’s a nice Indian restaurant attached to the hotel.
You can get by on the bus (bus stop exactly outside the hotel) or by the tram (tram stop is across the road from the hotel.
The Wi-Fi. Even though they had “wifi” it wasn’t working at all and kept disconnecting. It’s a shame because I was there for a conference and couldn’t use it at all. The solution is also simple and I think they simply need a new router.
