Sure Hotel by Best Western Aberdeen

The location was perfect for visiting the RIA hospital just 2 bus stops away. 7 minute cab ride Clean room warm and quiet.

Cheap, exactly what you’d expect from a chain like this. Staff great, clean and comfortable

Car park a bit dodgy

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Double room was spacious with a comfortable bed and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. Excellent value for money 👍

No dedicated parking so you need to find somewhere in an adjacent street. Breakfast was included in the price but it failed to stipulate it was continental style and a meager one at that. A few boxes of cereal & porridge pots, a bowl of apples, a tray of croissants, pots of strawberry yoghurt and cartons of apple and orange juice were left out at an unattended counter. Not the best! Although the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, there were no electrical sockets at or near the bedside so nowhere to charge your phone within reach of the bed. The extractor fan in the ensuite shower room was excessively noisy and the shower had an unusual push button control which kept stopping the shower and having to be reset.

Location and room was ok.

When we entered the property we were asked for payment and to sign sheet. We were then handed a key, I had to ask what room we were staying in? For him to say I thought I done that. Issued us a room number and walked away from us .. ok so what floor are we on?.. didn’t explain to us about what the hotel had, I’f they had a bar or served food! No communication on entry to inform us of our stay! Also towels in room were disgusting covered in blood and dirt. Bed was comfy and room and corridor was clean.
