Gem of an Inn

Loved our one night stay. Room very nice, breakfast was superb and staff were great too. Centrally positioned made it easy to get around even in the snow! Would definitely recommend and return in the future

Cosy inn

Lovely cosy bedroom with comfy bed and bedding.Lovely bar downstairs for drinks and food which was very busy. Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.Staff are always lovely and it's in a great location close to bars and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from station.

A lovely pub in a quiet location just a few steps away from Union Street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful good food, both from the evening meal and breakfast.

Comfortable stay, but bring earplugs

My stay was alright overall. The room was warm and I liked that I could regulate the temperature myself. The bed was comfortable, and I had all the essentials I needed, such as a hairdryer and a tea maker. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was really tasty.

The room was kind of small, and the same goes for the bathroom. There was a distinct smell of chlorine in the bathroom - it was clean, but could definitely do with some air freshener. Unfortunately, it was really noisy until midnight because there’s a pub downstairs, which made it hard to fall asleep.

Exceptional service in central location

Well appointed room in ideal central location. Breakfast was delicious and staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lovely pub downstairs has popular quiz night on Mondays and numerous big tvs showing major sporting events. Good selection of food available in the evenings- tasty and reasonably priced for city centre.

A perfect place to eat, drink & sleep

Thankyou so much to all the fabulous staff at The Globe Inn. Especially John, Alex and Alison who took extra care of us. Their kindness, hospitality and humour made our stay so enjoyable. The facilities are great - warm, cosy and friendly. Everything you could ask for in a hotel.

Great place for a stay in Aberdeen

Very nice staff. Always in for a chat or willing to give you recommendations. Food at the inn is very good as well. In the city center so you can reach everything by foot. Can absolute recommend this place to stay when visiting Aberdeen!

Great stay for Tall Ships Races.

Close to Tall Ships Race and downtown area.

Very noisy. My room was above the beer garden. Yes it was a weekend with great weather but it was difficult to sleep until the crowd left and closing the window meant no air flow and made no difference to noise level. Food was average at breakfast. Under cooked poached egg.

Was short walk to our venue and had a pub and food!

Found no faults. We had to leave before the cooking staff arrived the next day so the manager gave us a credit on our evening meal which was above and beyond anything expected.
