Nothing. Couldn’t stay there. Spent 40 minutes under rain waiting for a code, cause they don’t keep staff até the place. Besides, I booked 2 beds and I was supposed to pay at hotel. They, without my consent, changed to one bed, charged my card and refused to refund me, even letting me me outside and I ended up booking a different place so I could sleep after a day driving all my way from Isle of Skye to Aberdeen. The staff was rude and ironic and didn’t help at all.

Really well appointed and comfortable
It felt cold on arrival and during the first night, we adjusted the radiators so the second day and night were better. Perhaps a thicker duvet in winter may be appropriate.

Very good location and a comfortable stay. Nothing bad to report. We‘ll be back. Thank you.

A convenient self-catering location. A compact studio apartment with basic needs met. Bed and chairs comfy enough. Three windows (albeit a bit drafty) to street front and parking ok. Inside thermostat to adjust to your own climate.
Plenty of hot water and powerful shower.
On arrival, for a cold Aberdeen day the thermostat was at 10oC! Freezing!
The kitchenette is basic and things like the cutlery are cheap and mismatched. Bigger mugs would be a good addition. Be prepared for at least a couple of flights of stairs before reaching the apartment.
The worst part was the horrific noise of loud music from a nearby nightclub on Saturday night, as if it were next door. This was followed by the three drunken outbursts of people leaving there afterwards, so not a good night of sleep at all. Triple glazing isn’t installed there to help.
In the folder, there is an emergency number but it says if it could attract a £30 call-out fee.
I had emailed to ask for extra pillows which never came. Why weren’t they simply handed up or put in the doorway, I’ve no idea but I really didn’t find the staff or lack of on-site staff a good setup at all.

The apartment is lovely. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Check in was great, as was when we were leaving. Easy access to bars and restaurants, good parking options. Comfy bed, great shower, bath and towels.
The only fault was that the blind in the bedroom (106) was not a blackout blind so I was woken by the light coming in, especially round the edges. Thankfully it’s November so it wasn’t bright early but it would have ruined my sleep in the summer. Blackout blinds that go all the way to the edge of the window frames would have made it an absolutely perfect stay.

Location is fantastic. Very quiet. The terrace is great as my friend is a smoker.
The bathroom is lovely and the bath was great for me to relax in.
Good storage in the wardrobe.
Not a comfy mattress sadly, and my friend agreed. Lumpy and squeaky.
Sadly we both felt the sofa was also uncomfortable.

Handy location. Warm rooms, laundry right next door was added bonus. Rooms were warm & bed comfy.
Frosted glass bathroom not to my liking.

Could have been more or better coffee machine. Now it was chemical Nescafe imitation..
Place a simple small cup machine with cups and there you have it

It's a lovely hotel in a great location. I always stay here when I'm in Aberdeen.
Wish the reception was 24/7, but I guess that would bump the price up. There's not much flexibility if you arrive earlier than Noon. We had to schlepp our many bags over the cobbles to Pret to wait for a couple of hours, which is a bit of a drag after a very long journey from CA via London.

In chronological order:
I arrived in Aberdeen and let the proprietors know that I would be at the premises at about 3 pm. At 3:10 pm the door lock opened without ado and I was able to enter the flat which was located in a very quiet yet central neighbourhood. This was the third time I stayed in a flat in Aberdeen and this one makes first place - albeit by a narrow margin.
It is located within ten minutes walk to Aberdeen Queen Station. Union Street (Aberdeen's main shopping mile) is about two minutes away with the shopping malls within five to ten minutes walking distance. There is a Sainsburys in the Bon Accord Shopping Centre and some more small groceries a bit further away, so you wouldn't starve even without taking advantage of the several eateries in the vicinity. I had breakfast in the flat. In the flat is a kitchenette with two stove plates and a frigde that allows for making meals
Talking of the kitchen(ette): being a German I complained several times about the cleanliness of the kitchen facilities in the accommodations I used. Not this time. I don't know whether this was due to Bookingers taking a responsibility or due to the cleaning stuff. I left a tip to the latter because I don't trust in Bookingers (considering what I experienced in the past).
What I want to state furthermore is that even if it had been raining all the way through, I would have been able to kill some time. Not only by watching TV, but by taking the advantage of several Internet services like... (come on, you're in Aberdeen! Just get oan.)
I'm fully aware that I am the most beautiful and desirable person the Great You-Know has ever made. Nevertheless it would be of advantage if I didn't have to hide my irresistible self from the unsuspecting public by lowering the blinds in the bathroom.

The amenities were clean, bed was comfortable and the information to get in was clear via email. Everything was laid out in the emails in great detail. The room itself was clean. If you don't want to engage with others, go straight to your room and go to bed, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
The stay wasn't really for us. It was too impersonal. Even though everything was laid out in emails/messages, there was no one there to meet us, explain the facilities, show us around or answer questions. When we arrived, our emails hadn't loaded with the keypad information. We were searching through our messages and everything, but because the internet was so slow, we didn't get the information quickly. When we called, it went to a voicemail. We left a message and have still never heard back. I get that this is intended to be a turn-key lodging set-up but it wasn't very personal. When you travel to an unfamiliar area and are not greeted or met with anyone, it can add to the stress. This satisfied all the basic lodging requirements, essentially a hostel with more privacy, and slightly elevated facilities.

The location of the flat in Bon Accord Square is very charming. Very close to Union Street, yet quiet. Bus stops are 5 minutes away.
The flat is very well equipped. The staff is caring, competent and friendly.
If you travel by train: The recommended route from the station to the flat includes a long, very tall stair.

The staff was a bit rude at times on the phone due to a mix up. However the staff in person was lovely.

The apartment was very clean; the location is central, in a walking distance from most of the highlights (not the uni, you need to take the bus there). The apartment has nice views, we loved the seagulls! Also, the communication was very good - we never managed to get hold of anyone during the reception working hours but everything was resolved via email.
The spare bed was way too soft - one would be sleeping on the floor pretty much. Our kid fell ill so he couldn't make it so this wasn't an issue but I cannot imagine sleeping in that bed.

Very private and safe
No where to set toiletries in the bathroom around the sink area. The only place to set things was on the window sill. The bath was very high and I have short legs. Other than the wardrobe no where to unpack luggage, living out of a suitcase is not ideal!

Very good location. The suite was comfortable and very clean.
Overall the suite was exactly what we needed for the weekend but there are a few small things that could be fixed to make it better represent the star rating. Eg, toilet seat was loose, glass partition door was very stiff, hairdryer provided was a small travel hairdryer.

Large room with all facilities in good, working order. Seemed new and fresh. Large terrace area. Good location in central Aberdeen. Quiet at night.
No housekeeping, which is not what I expected from a serviced apartment. Lighting was a bit lacking in the room, with some very dark areas if the sun wasn't out! A corporate, rather than a comfortable feel to the room.

Nice comfy bed, quiet (except for the seagulls!).
I stayed here last year and came back this time as I enjoyed my previous stay.
Hot water took a long time to come on
There was no toaster for my first few days, I had to request one.
