Nothing really. The Aberdeen LEZ might be a problem if you are not careful but that is beyond the hotel's responsibilities. If I were to be picky the hotel would be perfect if the resident's car park was larger i.e. car spaces limited.

Exceptional staff made welcome can't praise him enough a credit to your company.

The night staff member that was on Allyn was an excellent example of how customer service should be I can't praise his exceptional customer service skills will definitely be back again.

That there is 3 lots of hand and body soap yet no conditioner it baffles me.

The staff were amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

A couple of the breakfast items were not up to the usual Holiday Inn standard. There was an external fan-type noise late at night, likely to have come from one of the buildings overlooks, but nonetheless distracting..

Nothing wrong with the property but could do with free parking and more space. We had to park in the centre and walk up as website said limited spaces and didn’t want to struggle to find parking

Everything was as it should be .Room very comfortable and cosy.. Exceptional sleep Bed so comfortable .Breakfast delicious , lots of choice , Location perfect for city centre in a very quiet neighbourhood .

The location of the property was great for the activity we were visiting for. The room was very quiet. Staff were very helpful as it was a last minute decision to stay due to the weather conditions.

Room did not have much in the way of storage space if staying for a few days.

Very good value for money. Friendly & pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Perfect for what we needed which was a clean and comfortable place to sleep while we visited friends for Christmas.

Was disappointed with stay. I normally have a nice stay which it made it sad to say DISAPPOINTED 😞

Toast was nice as can't go wrong with it. Latte was nice. Staff were nice and friendly.

Beds very hard, breakfast was not good, scrambled egg was dry and no taste, heard from other guests no taste and dry. bacon was hard, beans were cold. Had hot chocolate at night was a sachet and hot milk and charged £8 for 2 this was so expensive.

Definitely stay again

The staff were very welcoming with easy check in. The room was spacious enough with a double bed and sofa. Clean bathroom fresh towels and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep for ages. Breakfast was included and was really good with lots of choice of hot and cold food.

Great stay, would book again

Good location, clean and comfortable. Staff very efficient and helpful from start to finish. I’d like to thank the guy who gave me a free bottle of water as I checked out, I was really struggling with a hangover so it was very much appreciated!! And thanks to the guy at reception who helped fixed my keycard

Excellent location, big room as we were with a kid. Everything you want to see or visit around 5-20 min walking. Lovely place. Very good breakfast.

Amazing experience

The room was nice and clean, plenty of towels, very clean bedding. The staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. Family and dog friendly.

There is an extra fee for your pet that is not covered in your booking price, even if you tick the box "travelling with pets". You will be charged on check out.

Clean room, clean shower area. Breakfast is relatively basic, not changing, but good to start up the day. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Maybe except that one lady :)

High-pitched sound that was impossible to get rid of. The earplugs helped though. Bar area wasn't very attractive.

We were given keys which opened a room that was some one else’s once we got in . Security risk here We were told it was a computer glitch That shouldn’t have happened. I felt I should have been compensated as was potentially very embarrassing and I felt not safe in my room. So I bolted the door

close enough to walk to restaurants and station etc breakfasts was fabulous and included Staff were amazing

our room cards didn’t open the door. we had one replaced it still wouldn’t work. got both replaced which finally worked

Breakfast was a bit of a scramble and too many items missing….it was as if a bus load had just arrived, it was a chaotic in the least 🙈🙈🙈
