Bed wasn’t the comfiest, only one pillow each, room could have been doing with a paint a lot of stains on the walls, tv free view channels didn’t work, bedside light didn’t work. Wasn’t the cleanest.

The room was fine can’t expect much more for the price

Our booking was cancelled apparently, 3 days before we arrived even though we were still receiving sign in texts the day of arriving and booking.com still said there was a booking. I think what really happened is they gave our room to someone else. So we ended up in a much smaller room but it was cheaper so can’t complain I guess.

the only positive thing i can say about this hotel is the location. other than that it was a stay from a nightmare

mould all over the walls right next to the bed. entire room was on a slant. cheap furniture. tv didn’t work. paper thin walls. 1 pillow, springy mattress and thin duvet. rude staff. horrific stay

My original booking being cancelled then subsequently booking the hotel over again at extra cost. The hotel wasnt clean, its in serious need of repairs, security doors were never locked.

The location is ideal

Broken bathroom window, ripped duvet cover, the bed itself was ripped, the duvet was very thin ( and dirty looking) and only one pillow was supplied per person

I don’t expect muxh for £50 but I expect more than this.

It was peaceful, the staff was decent. Wasn’t far from my brothers, i didn’t quite mind the room, if only they had cleaned it before we got there. No point in having a shower tho, you’re going to get manky as soon as you step out of it.

Wasnt the worst, we weren’t planning on sleeping but would still like a clean room. Gave us an upgrade, the first complaint the didn’t seem to care, but then we went again with photos and they gave us an upgrade. Check in is at 2pm, check out is at 10am, we got there at 2:30pm roughly. Between 10am and 2:30pm, they would have enough time to clean up etc. it was as if they made the bed but not cleaned it. Plus what’s the point of it being at 10am? Friday night in the middle of town in Aberdeen? No one is going to be scheduled for that. Lucky we didn’t sleep.

Don’t go, stay away

It’s close to train station

I can’t speak for both buildings only the one we stayed in, we could only sleep a few hours the first night then the last night only a few hours too we managed to stay with family members the second night for a break. The room was not the room we booked , the place was either dirty or broken or left disrepair and honestly was a bad experience. Alarms kept going off and people were smoking in the hall in the hotel and when rang for assistance we didn’t get anyone

Worst mattress ever.

The location was ok. The staff were helpful.

The mattress on the double bed, it's the worst mattress we've ever had to sleep on. The both of us hardly slept a wink, it was that uncomfortable. My daughter on the other hand slept good on the single. The heat was too much in the room also. There could be numerous fixes done in the room also.

Very very run down, dirty bed frame, missing ceiling in bathroom, very odd , half cut shelves , dirty stains up walls, cold room, everything run down in room. Blood stains on bathroom floor. No bath rails.

Room was horrendous, the smell was unbearable- I had to go and stay on a colleagues sofa as I couldn't bear to stay in there. Room was unclean and had blood splatters stained in the undersheet and matress. I tried to speak with staff about a refund or different room but they were very unhelpful

Clean and comfortable, perfect for a night in the city.

It was clean, the room was warm when I got there and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower was good. The location was perfect as well.

It would have been nice if there was free parking for the hotel but it didn’t seem like there was so I reserved and paid for a spot. But in a city centre I understand that.

The staff couldn’t care less Family room under street level, tiny, lights hanging off wall, heating was a small portable radiator. Tiny room. TV was more like an iPad and hidden by a curtain. Advised staff we would not be staying and he just shrugged his shoulders

Arrived at hotel no body on reception called the number on desk took ages to get through then 30 minites later receptionist arrived checked in to room left my car keys in room along with my reading glasses and credit card then went out for dinner arrived back to my room after midnight opened the door to my surprise another gest was in my room 😞 went back to reception.... nobody there called several times 45 minites later receptionists came took him over 30 minites to allocate another room in another building terrible treatment for any guest this has never happened in any other hotel very very bad service 😞

The hotel was very central, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The overbath shower was great, lashings of hot water and big fluffy white towels. Heated towel rail and a separate room heater under my control.

The Saturday morning I went to get breakfast at 8am (it was 8-11am), but it was not fully set out and the cooked food was not ready. As I had a bus to catch, this was not ideal. However, when I came back 15 mins later, it was all laid out.

Breakfast was poor. Now I understand whythere where no breakfast photos in the description. Small room and photos from Booking where not the same as the room provided. The window in the room did not close and wind was coming in to the room. Cleaning service was poor. Rubbish from the room nex door was accumulating in the corridors for 2 days.

The kettle had a hole in the handle , i have photos. The carpet was thread bare and dirty The unit in the bedroom was broken The ceiling tiles had gaps Bathroom shower curtain was mouldy and bathroom had no curtain at the window so anyone on the street could see you .
