Very good just what my sister and I like choice of cereals bananas apples breakfast bars and lots of of fresh refrigerated milk. Plenty for anyone We were asked if we d like porridge but declined

For the price conscious this B&B is competitive with a central location, limited parking options

Location was excellent the host was friendly and helpful and the price point very competitive.

Parking was on street and you had to pay via meter, problematic if you are intending to stay for more than a night. It would have been nicer to have breakfast in a dinning area rather than in the room.

Great place to stay in Aberdeen

A comfortable, welcoming, homely place to stay in a great location close to Union Street and all the city centre has to offer, but still quiet. Lovely breakfast (porridge) delivered to my door in the morning to supplement the breakfast tray in the room and nothing was a bother to Neil, the host.

Minutes from night life, slept like a log, bed was so comfortable

Breakfast delivered to my door, which was great. The owner Neil was a very pleasant person, good natured and friendly. The location was superb, just a few minutes walk to night life, burger joints, restaurants, bus and train station

Lovely little find

Such a nice stay. A very cozy, homey room under the eaves (with a dormer window!), excellent value for money, and Neil brought fresh crumpets to my door every morning alongside the in-room breakfast options. There was a sink, fridge, and mirror in the room with lots of counter space. I was in town for a conference and it was exactly what I needed.

The shared bathrooms are very small and getting a bit worn, but are fine on a practical level.

I found Neil to be friendly, welcoming and attentive. There's a personal breakfast service, brought to your room. Mini fridge and sink in room. Very clean and warm shower room with toilet. Refreshing shower.

There was a mouldy orange on the tray with snacks and teas/coffees and the sink in the room was not very clean. However, it would be fair to say that had I mentioned this issue, they would have been happy to put things right.

Nice place 5mins walk from railway station (via car park) in a quiet area Friendly owner Good WIFI Tea/coffee in room. Milk in fridge Shared bathrooms were clean but a bit of a squeeze Breakfast (cereals/fruit etc) was in room & toast arrived in the morning

The room was very old fashioned cob webs at each side of head board dust every were was a shame really because neill was a very nice man bed was very uncomfortable and i felt really ichy there was also a smell of dampness
