Price was fantastic and comfy bed.

A bit rough around the edges in the room. 1 tap didn’t work and strange marks on a heater (I cleaned off).

Nice Stay!

Andrea and Gary make you feel at home. It was a very comfortable place to be. Easy walk into town.

There is so much construction material around the city. We found ourselves going a long way around to get around fencing.

Disappointing

The location was good, as it was not far from the city centre and the park, with good public transport in the area.

The room was left with three used beer bottles, a used plastic bottle, and a dirty cup and spoon. I feel quite let down by this.

Nice stay and convenient location

Nice location, helpful friendly hosts. They sorted an issue concerning another guest who was the unknowingly being noisy ( using the phone I presume)during the night whilst I was trying to sleep. No issues thereafter. Recommended

I genuinely had a lovely stay at Denmore Guesthouse. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The guesthouse was in a great location as it was close to the city centre, so close to many attractions. I very much enjoyed visiting North Sea Beach and visiting many art galleries and visiting some heritage sites. My room was lovely and had great facilities such as a fridge and microwave. I genuinely had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend this place..

Location is perfect, so nice and quiet and only a short walk down to Duthie park or to the city centre. There is a little supermarket nearby for supplies and the bed was super comfy! The hosts were very accomodating and helpful during my stay.

Don't book single top floor room if you are claustrophobic, I am not so it was ok.

Great value for money

Easy to walk to from the bus station. Comfortable surroundings with pleasant owners. Responded well to a few enquiries I had. Felt safe, as I am a vulnerable adult & enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again if I'm up to Aberdeen again. The price was amazing.

The advertised room said it had a microwave, but didn't. The kettle lid was broken, so I couldn't fill it up well. The kettle also didn't pour well, so I had to pour it over the sink to catch the water. The shared bathroom was hard to get used to.
