宿主は友好的で親切な女性です。到着してスコットランドの歌を覚えたのがアバディーンへ来た理由だと伝えると、"The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen" を歌い始めたので、一緒に歌うことが出来ました。朝食は、たっぷりな量の伝統の料理で、ハギスも付けてくれました。宿を出る時、列車の時刻が迫っていて、他に客がなかったからだと思いますが、駅まで歩いて送ってくれました。イギリスの旅は、Bed and Breakfast タイプに泊まるのが一番と思い知らせるてくれた宿でした。
グーグルマップが案内したのが、宿の裏側だったので、戸惑いました。玄関前に洗濯物を干していたので少し田舎くさく感じました。

My stay at Roselodge Guest House was very homely Eileen was just a wonderful host she went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay in
a very quiet area. The location is fantastic 5-10 mins from train & bus station. My room was very clean, bed was very comfortable with tea, coffee, a fridge & WiFi. Breakfast was great poached egg 10/10.
I can’t fault my stay I would return to Roselodge Guest House if I were back in Aberdeen, or pop in to say hi.

It was central & very reasonable.
The shower water pressure was quite weak.

Mproperty manage was super kind.
Property needs repairs & maintenance. The doorknob on our room fell off. Towels were quite thin and scratchy. One toilet didn’t flush properly.
