Good location (quiet, but only about 10 min walk from the city centre). Helpful hosts, decent breakfast.

The location was in a lovely neighborhood, and a convenient 10 minute walk to the bus/train station. Very comfortable and quiet! We also appreciated Donna’s thoughtful personal touches.

Would recommend

It is very convenient for the train and bus station in the city centre.But being away from the centre on a pleashant street makes it relatively quiet.I was very pleased to find I had been given an ensuite room instead of room with shared bathroom I had expected.The room was a good size for one person and very clean.Breakfast offered plenty of choice and top ups of tea ,toast etc were available. Had a nice chat with Donna about the house and Aberdeen generally and sampled a delicious Victoria plum from their tree! Would definitely stay there again as a solo traveller.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay there it was just what I needed for an overnight stay in Aberdeen.

The owner of the guest house was friendly, comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed talking to her. Her husband cooked the breakfast and it was delicious!

I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who’s looking to stay in Aberdeen.

Everything was perfect!! The staff were so lovely and accomodating, I needed to check out quite early in the morning and they even offered to wake up early to make me breakfast so that I wouldn’t go hungry. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very tidy.

Great location and excellent Guest House.

Great hosts who made everything comfortable. The freshly cooked breakfast with a sideboard of extras was excellent. The location near the harbour, city centre and bus and rail stations was fantastic. The price was very reasonable too. Linda.

Nothing all was great. I walked in and out of town in 25 minutes, but for some people not as energetic as me, it might be too hilly for them.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was very good having both a shower and a bath. Heating was always available which meant I was never cold

The WiFi signal was very weak in the loft and would drop out occasionally. I'd recommend to the owners to install another access point. The bed was very firm for my taste, but I do like a soft bed. Room is fitted with CFL type bulbs so it's pretty dark and gloomy

This home surpassed my expectations. I was in a single private room with shared bathroom. All of the house is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is homemade, with scottish breakfast as option. It has a good relation quality/price. It is not so far from the center, 15 minutes walking.
