needs a total re vamp. carpet outside my room covering a hole in the floor boards. Room 2. walls so thin you can hear every thing being said by next rooms.

Budget hotel/B+B, shower in room but shared toilets, good location close to city center and railway station, self service breakfast of cereals, yogurt and toast, good VFM. Downs limited parking and could do with better sound proofing as walls are thin.

Decent property. Room clean and tidy. Reception staff friendly. I stayed ground floor and you do get passing noise from people going in and out. But that I would complain about. Overall an enjoyable stay

Oh, I been living here a lot, always happy. Yesterday, Friday Mai 23 noise, arguing from room 9 all night. Tried calling you, only answering machine. Didn`t sleep, hope next time get all the good experieves I have from Lost Guest House.

The Guest house was great for town location etc & staff i spoke to were very polite.Only Problem i had was no toilet in room but i knew that & there were toilets around my room.

The area was not particularly close to the train but I did find it. Few neighbours exist, but perhaps it was fine when Lost established the property. No actual crime problems in Aberdeen whatsoever.

Everything you need at a budget friendly price. Only criticism would be lack of sweeteners in the beverage bowl, other than that this is a place I will definitely use again and I will bring my own sweeteners next time.

This is based on the price, it was only about £35 a night so didn't expect much. The staff were all very friendly the room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, for the price I can't fault it
