Hotel central so easy walk to bars, restaurants, theatres & shopping. Staff welcoming & friendly. Room clean and big enough for our stay. There was an iron & ironing board which is good. Kettle and basic hospitality tray. Large underground car park right next to hotel with reasonable prices.
The mattress was horrendous! So many lumps you could feel everyone every time you moved. Surprisingly although this was a double room for two people the hospitality tray only had one of everything eg tea bags, hot chocolate. Bit disappointing .

Room had all the facilities we expected. The location was excellent as it was very close to the restaurant and Theatre we were visiting. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful.
