Nice hotel in good location.

Great location, big rooms, very clean , good breakfast choices. Breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely.

Front of house staff were actually quite uninterested and came over as rude . Exact cash only for drinks meant that you lost out on rounds of drinks from us and other guests too ! Poor for a Radisson.

Strange desk behaviour about check-in

The room was large and spacious, but I think we received a free upgrade via Booking.com. No frills facilities in the room; we had coffee and tea. The room was quiet and the A/C worked well.

We arrived at 2.30pm and the staff would not let us check in. Check-in is at 3pm. They claimed the room was being serviced. I don't believe them because at check-out, a different lady asked if we were able to benefit from an early check-in the day before. Nope. We had to go through all the theatrics of tagging our bags, wait while the lady did I don't know what, and then put the bags into the store room. It's sad when hotels do this; if the room is ready, whom does it hurt to let a paying guest gain access - on this occasion just 30 minutes early. It's pathetic, really. As a cost-saving measure, there were just two flat-as-a-pancake pillows in the room and no others; disappointing. The location wasn't the best; the hotel is located close to Union Street, but at the other end to where the museums and better restaurants are located. We should have booked closer to Union Terrace Gardens. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely awful, the fruit was all dried out the buffet food just looked disgusting for the £30 we paid I ate 1 sausage and a hard croissant my husband ate a sausage absolutely shocking

Good Hotel Bad Air Con

Good location . Good room

Room Air Con had a fault. Reported to reception told it would be looked at by maintenance dept on Monday.. room was very hot. Asked for a fan which arrived promptly. Asked to change rooms which was offered but not the same type of room. Bottom door to the car park is not working to get back into the hotel. The next door up was working which was not ideal for my disabled partner.

Room and location was excellent

The breakfast experience was very poor, there was a large coach trip eating breakfast and therefore a lot of the breakfast items were taken and they weren’t refreshing them. On top of that the staff were constantly clearing plates and cutlery directly behind where I was sitting for the duration of my breakfast, not exactly a nice relaxing noise at 7-30am.

First rooms issued were double rooms. Had requested twin rooms. Had also booked breakfast which according to staff was not booked. Went across the road to Wotherspoons for breakfast as staff at the dining room were not exactly helpful. We had a good breakfast at Wotherspoons and was half the price of the hotel breakfast
