Room422 large kitchen vent outside very noisy till 11 pm and started again at 6 am hence the room review hotel was fully booked so no other room available

Great location and rooms. Breakfast needs improving

Great location, large room, well equipped with a good TV, fan, iron and ironing board, fridge, kettle. Bed was large and comfortable.

The breakfast was not great, with most other hotels easily beating Copthorne with better selections of pastries, cereals and granolas, fruit, etc. The orange juice tasted very watered down.

Fantastic value for money

Lovely hotel , clean , big room , friendly staff , great location quiet but walking distance to shops , breakfast was tasty and when requested poached eggs as my daughter dietary requirements ment she couldn’t eat much of what was on offer this was no problem at all. Amazing value for money . Will definitely stay again very soon .

Great for a couple of nights but don't eat there

Location and price were great.

The food in the restaurant was expensive and of poor quality. I had fish and chips with very pale soggy batter, which was very disappointing. The bar and restaurant were a bit chaotic but there was a large group there that was commanding all their attention.

It was absolutely fine, even with the lack of parking.

Breakfast was really good, hotel looks lovely and is very clean throughout, location is near on perfect for Union street too.

No car parking available unless you're willing to pay over £17 a day for the multistory which is pretty much full from 8am and on street parking is worse at nearly £6 for 2 hours max. If I had known those issues at the time of booking I'd have gone elsewhere.

Staff were brilliant and so lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Beds were comfy and rooms really clean. Evening meal in restaurant was freshly made and extremely tasty. Would stay here again

Uncomfortable, hot, and basic - not a whole lot to brag about

Did the job pretty well considering I was there for the night. Staff were all nice and compliant although I didn't eat there the facilities seemed pretty fit for purpose and did the job, £60 for a twin room for a night was pretty decent also. They had free wifi too which was nice.

SOOO uncomfortable. Windows barely opened, hot and stuffy, had to have a fan blasting the whole night. Matress was no better than sleeping of the floor and the pillows felt like they were made from industrial grade steel. Really hope that tap water in the bathroom was drinkable because I used it in the kettle to make a coffee that morning and filled my water bottle with it also. Hotel looks very depressing on the outside but so does the rest of Aberdeen honestly so can't blame them.

All our requests were met regarding the rooms. We liked the options for room cleaning and felt this was environmentally friendly. Well done. The breakfast was good value and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to walk from our drop off point in Union Street to the hotel.
