Lovely spacious room. Convenient parking and location. Food in the restaurant was mediocre and quite expensive; half of our party weren’t happy with their meals one night but the other night we ate there the standard was higher.

Staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choice. The underground carpark was intimidating for a lone woman and I felt very uncomfortable using it.

Room very nice and clean. The minibar was empty which wasnt really an issue but I did expect there to be complimentary bottles of water but no. The spa area was pleasant although the changing area could do with a bit of attention, hair dryers not working, swimsuit spin dryer not working, several lockers not working. Carparking a bit expensive for a place where you really need a car to get to. Breakfast was great and all staff very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful peacefull area. It is next to the airport but its quite cool to see the planes come past so close. Only downfall is because its next to airport you get all sorts. Quite boisterous loud families of 10+ The hotel is lovely Pool and facilities great, a hit with the kids

Stayed to attend my daughter’s graduation and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly if they tried. Rooms were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Booked hotel as price was competitive and wanted to make use of the pool and spa while I visited Aberdeen area for work. Hotel was nice. Room a good size. Good offering for breakfast. Pool was decent too. Parking however was far from ideal. Firstly having to park in the exhibition underground car park a good brisk 5+ minute walk from the hotel was not good especially as it was raining when we arrived. Secondly, having to pay £15 per night on top of the price of the room?? Really? I've I'd known that at time of booking, I would have went elsewhere. If you fix that? It's a decent option for Aberdeen.

Disappointing experience. A foreign object was found inside a burger served at the hotel restaurant, resulting in injury. The issue was reported immediately, and while staff acknowledged it, there was no meaningful follow-up within the promised timeframe. A serious food safety concern that was not handled with the level of care or urgency expected from a hotel of this standard.

Previous occupants room service bottle of Champagne and glasses were outside our room on arrival, along with several other rooms on the corridor. They were all still there when we checked out. Only one bar open in the evening resulting in very long queues at the bar when we returned from show, overall pretty miserable experience 👎

Most comfortable bed. Nice modern rooms. We were in room 233. Safe didn’t work and wardrobe lights are on constantly as the doors don’t shut properly. Hopefully they read this and fix these issues. The spa is lovely. Best part of the hotel! Food was a let down for us. The fries and dessert was lovely but the burger for £19 was a frozen beef burger. I was expecting a freshly made beef patty. Huge let down. I don’t think much of breakfast either. Not the best quality. Coffee was bad. I would stay again for the spa but wouldn’t do dinner or breakfast at the hotel. There was a young lad in the restaurant serving the food he was so polite and professional.

We stayed our final night in Scotland at an airport hotel due to an early leave the morning after. We arrived with the intention of having a quick dinner and then go to bed. With plenty of time to spare before the restaurant was closing we entered the dining room. There where about 3-4 tables sat including us with roughly a 1:1 waiter/guest ratio. The young girl serving us seemed to think EVERYTHING was an extreme hassle. She gave off the expression that we had come just to make her non-busy night a living nightmare. We shared a starter between us just to give the Haggis a try and had Fish & Chips for mains. We also had the cheese platter and asked them to just give us that at the same time as the mains as that might make the kitchen able to start breaking down earlier seeming how there basically weren’t any guests. When the fish was served, the peas that came with it where served cold. We asked out of curiosity if this was the norm as we’ve never encountered this before and got a tired reply asking if we wanted them warm. Upon saying yes, we got treated with rolling eyes and very audible sighs. She came back 2 minutes later with the peas and sat them down. After that we didn’t see her once. Noone came to ask how things where and we sat with empty glasses through half the dinner. At the very end the barman came to our aid. He spotted what 3 wait staff failed to do. Together at our table we had 50 years of restaurant and hospitality experience from around the world. Shocked.
