Tried to Charge different prices at bar same round of drinks although this was quickly rectified by the the bar manager

Location is excellent if you are visiting P&J. Rooms are clean and modern.

Only a small number of tables provided in the restaurant area. These small tables only seat 2 people - so not really set up for families. Other than these 6 or 7 small tables there are a number of seats with very low tables - more setup for sitting around drinking than eating - unless you like sitting on the floor to eat. The parking remains an issue. Expensive and should be part of the bill. Food and drinks are also quite expensive - once they have you in the hotel - miles from town and other food / drink options, they do tend to rip you a bit.

Very modern hotel and rooms. Also very quiet considering its close proximity to the airport. Pull down blackout blinds on the windows. Very comfortable beds. Small mini fridge in the rooms. Great breakfast selection and good coffee machines

Had to queue for 30 mins to find food had run out. No hot food which took ages to fill up, no bread or orange juice. Eventually got food but nowhere to sit!

Had to wait 30mins outside in cold & rain to eventually check in. Staff tried their best. Bar was so busy, had to queue and then no seats or tables available.

Lack of cooked food at breakfast, long waits and queues. As I would believe most people would have booked breakfast you think with this info staff would have been prepared.

Pricy. No room service. Very inconvenient feeling about being asked to pay money upfront for everything (car parking, food ordering from the bar). You cannot add it to the room receipt but have to pay and go. I had paid for all four nights before we arrived. The receptionist asked us to upgrade the room because the room we booked did not allow staying with my kid, who is no longer an infant. Then she asked me to pay the upgrade fee, breakfast for my kid, and the car parking fee before we even went into the room. We were so tired after long hours of driving and really wanted to lie on the bed, but she insisted we pay now, now. I paid for a day first. The next day and the day after, every morning the receptionist asked me to pay instead of settling at checkout. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. I felt I was treated like Anna (Inventing Anna). If I hadn’t paid anything, I would understand this kind of treatment, but I had already paid the full amount through booking.com a month ago. Later, I ordered in-room dining using the QR code in the room, as we were all exhausted after such customer service and the long drive. But the bar called us to come down and collect the pizza because there was no room service. When we went down, the bar receptionist again asked for payment before giving us the pizza, as there was no option to pay upon checkout. So if you would like to feel like you are in the Anna movie, you can stay there. But remember, the price is not cheap. You won’t get what you pay for, 100% sure.

I checked in late to spend the night before traveling abroad. I did not use the facilities except the room it self. Very pleased with my stay and will use again when traveling there.

Terrible check in - took 20mins, mentioned at check out - couldn’t care less.

Lovely spacious room. Location fabulous as we had a concert to attend.

Upon walking into the hotel there was an unusual smell. It really hit you at the back of the throat and was unpleasant. The Bar man took forever to make us 2 cocktails, to the point a Que started forming. Other staff at the bar were fab and could tell this man was delaying things. Possibly a trainee.

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Breakfast was good with dietary requirements catered to. Very close to P&J Live where I was seeing an event.

A lot of the tables near to the breakfast area were low which wasn't great for eating at. The car park didn't seem to have very clear markings resulting in a few cars parked with lots of space around them but no spaces big enough for me to park.

It’s location is brilliant, the hotel was lively and clean through out and breakfast was lovely

Great location if you were at an event at P and J Live. Liked the fact there was security at the door after the event finished to check you were booked into the hotel. Breakfast okay, although the cooked selection was limited.

The drinks were very expensive.

The hotel was a great location for attending the concert at P&J live. The room was very modern, with great black out blinds. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great to have a small fridge in the room.

The shower was not very warm, even on the hottest setting.

No proper mirror or dressing table to get hair and makeup on and not enough tables for eating we had to eat casual on a seat with low table not ideal tbh

Perfect location 30 seconds from PnJ venue .. Staff welcoming.. Room was great ,,, black out blinds fab ,, bed super comfy ,,, Shower Ace ,,, lovely smelling toiletries,,,, amazing sound proof room ,, didn't hear any aeroplanes ,, they passed the window .. Breakfast fabulous,,, even make your own pancakes ,,, Car park right outside hotel ..

Location perfect for a night out at the P&J live arena. Loved that we could see the entrance from our room so we left once the Que had reduced.

Nice spacious rooms and very clean. The staff were pleasant.

The food menu is quite poor to be honest. I was disappointed with the standard of food served in the evenings. The fish and chips were more like batter and chips, and certainly not worth £18.

Lovely hotel, perfect facilities!

The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay £15 for parking & £20 to rent an umbrella! Everything else was fab!

The double double room we had was very spacious, modern and very comfortable. We stayed for a concert and it was amazing just having a few minutes walk after the concert until we were back at the hotel. The staff were lovely and they had a restaurant on site.
