Location, the grounds
Kids using corridor as playground, very loud on our floor.

Attending family wedding so great to have rooms on site.
Noise in corridors.
Another event taking place at hotel and disturbed by young children running up and down corridors shouting and people thinking it was acceptable to have loud conversations in corridor well after midnight.
Bedroom was far too warm and window wouldn't open.
Paid for 2 privilege rooms and one double. Only difference was that privilege came with 2 cans of fizz, 2 packets of crisps, 2 biscuits, towelling robes and slippers. As beds were identical in all 3 rooms there was no point in paying extra for privilege room.

The room was immaculate and modern, lovely location. Food was very good in the restaurant
Leisure facilities are very dated and had swimming lessons on all weekend. Changing room was swimming in water and steam room door didn’t close properly. It’s not the high class spa experience it’s sold to you as. There was no pleasantries from any staff, they could barely crack a smile. All directions and information was just recited.
