Great for a night with no luggage.

The shower and the cleaning crew (Maria) was excellent.

Severe lack of storage space for clothes for a stay of anything over 1 day. Half a wardrobe with a rail was suitable for jackets and coats only and the bottom of it was storage for a plug in fan. No hairdryer. Some drawers would have been useful. Literally lived out of our suitcases which was tricky as there wasn't even the floor space to open them without blocking the door. Sketchy if there was a fire and we had get out sharpish! Definitely not a family room as advertised.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, and great value.

Staff were very friendly. The bar was quite lively and drinks prices were reasonable. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food is good and great value. The car park is very useful too. A bus stop across from the hotel takes you into town in 15 minutes.

Lovely, cozy spot to stay.

Lovely hotel with modern interiors, clean rooms and Scottish touches. We were visiting family for Christmas and have been meaning to stay for a while. It’s the perfect location for us and the staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. We appreciated their flexibility when we needed to add an extra night and their diligence in cleaning the room even over Christmas. Mini bar was a nice selection of drinks/snacks.

The beds/pillows weren’t the comfiest I’ve had but that could be preference. Didn’t seem to be temperature control in the room so we had to sleep with the window open (in December!!) and the noise in the mornings was crazy. Some truly shocking parking in the car park which made it difficult to park/leave but that’s not on the hotel!

Well appointed bistro and great value rooms with free parking.

Food on the bistro was great. Room looks lovely. Towels are soft and really nice pillows. Would stay again

I found I could hear everything in the hallway. So maybe bring earplugs. I think it's cause my rooms didn't have the standard bathroom as you walk in configuration. It's straight in the main room so you get all the noise. Room got crazily hot in the early hours. I couldn't work out why. I should have packed lighter pjs.

Beautiful Location Staffed by the Most Wonderful People!

We arrived early and in the middle of an unexpected snow storm! The Palm Court checked us in early and upgraded our rooms. With most of the city shut down because people could not drive, the hotel/restaurant provided my family of 4 and all the other hotel guests a lovely complimentary chicken curry dinner. A lively festive night for all. Not only was this location beautiful, but every one of the staff went out of their to make our stay. They were such a bright light it what could have been a disappointing day on our trip. An extra shout out to Jenna! I'm not sure she even slept while she made sure every guest was taken care of.

A nice clean hotel with nicely furnished bedrooms.

This is a lovely small hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished with nice modern ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee making available with chocolate biscuits! The bed wasn’t huge but was nice and firm but comfortable too. The breakfast was also good and the staff friendly.

We liked everything about our short stay and would definitely stay again.

As appears in photos. Clean & comfortable. Easy to get to. Rooms of a decent size and comfortable firm beds. Plenty of free parking. Food in the restaurant was great quality and taste.

Our room, no 6, looked over bins and loading bay so about 6am you heard some noise.

Great stay and lovely modern room

Our room, number 7 was really lovely. Perfect size, very welcoming and comfortable, fabulous huge bathroom although water pressure wasn't great. Comfy bed and super tea tray. Super friendly staff, especially Linda on reception, very welcoming and friendly and forthcoming with any information needed.

The room was a bit too hot for us, however, there was an air conditioning unit we could have used but we were worried it would be noisy, however, it wasn't so we should have used it but we just left the window open instead. Water pressure wasn't great in the shower, would have been a struggle if I had to wash my hair.

Beautiful hotel but pricey breakfast!

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean and modern. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was large enough for my husband and I and our teenage son (although he didn’t find the sofa bed very comfortable!) it was clean and well stocked with coffee and snack goods. The bathroom was lovely and clean also.

The only negative we had during our stay was the breakfast. We were given a small menu which we all read and understood it as the full breakfast was £15.95 and there were other smaller options also. As it turns out it is £15.95 whatever you decide to have! So this meant son had a full breakfast, my husband had 2 slices of toast and a cup of tea and I had a bacon roll and cup of coffee and it was £15.95 each!! A little steep for toast or a bacon roll! We questioned it on check out and the lady at reception very kindly only charged us for 2 but I would be aware of how it’s worded. In our opinion it should made a little clearer that it’s not a choice of full or continental breakfast. It’s £15.95 no matter what you have so eat up!

Palm Court will be where we stay on the next trip to Aberdeen!

Immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy. Visited in November so the heat was already turned on. The room was a little warm to our liking, so we opened the window for about an hour and the temperature in the room was perfect. The bath area is very large with an amazing rain head shower. Parking was ample. Due to mobility issues, we were shown an alternate way to our room via the employee passage. It also gave us direct access to the car. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino was excellent.

Could not find fault with anything about the hotel, food or staff.

Lovely stay for a wedding

Nice hotel, staff great. Comfortable room, if not a little small. Mini bar was missing and we weren't made aware, but we didn't require it so no issue. We attended for 2 nights for a wedding at the hotel. The wedding was fantastic and facilities for that were great. The Bothy bar was great, food and drinks reasonably priced. Very nice breakfast.

The room was on the small side and the toilet felt very squashed. No window in the bathroom. Parking was quite difficult on arrival due to events at the hotel, we had to park on the road nearby for the first nights stay.

the heat in the room was dire, yes its summer and they did provide a fan but all that did was circulate the same warm air. The windows didn't open that far and the heavy tweed curtains blocked any air coming in if you did manage to get the windows open. I did not sleep well

Excellent if you need a hotel near the hospital

Overnight stay prior going into Aberdeen royal infirmary.....perfect location....not in the city..bit o.ly 5 mins drive away from hsopital. Room was lovely ...excellent shower.....very clean amd bed was huge!! We had dinner . Wow! Best fish and chips in ages

Staff at the bar were young and preferred to chat out of site if customers.
