Absolutely beautiful, the interior design is just incredible and it’s absolutely gorgeous to look at from the outside too. Clean, comfortable and just amazing all round. Staff were fantastic. Our room had both a shower and a bath which was great for our 8 month old boy. Very accommodating, including a cot, extra towel for our wee man, booking us a taxi, the list goes on

Stylish modern hotel. Plenty of space. Everything in good condition and clean. Comfy beds. Coffee etc in room very nice.

Access from car park with cases is a complete pain. Breakfast was ok, but had to wait ages for things we asked for. Only 2 staff on.

Spoilt by our dinner on Saturday evening.

Staff were vey helpful with assistance in all parts of the hotel with our dog.

1) The door on our shower needs to be reset on hinges as it was very difficult to open / close ( why ?? ). 2) On the Friday night my wife and I had dinner together. I had a fillet ( £40 ) which was a reasonable size and well cooked to what I wanted. On the Saturday night we met with our son and grandson for dinner. Once again I had the fillet despite £40 price as did my son. My steak this time was a lot smaller and a bit over-cooked. My son's fillet was even smaller than mine which was just ridiculous. We complained but it went in one ear and out the other as nobody bothered - very disappointing indeed !! I can only describe these bits of fillet as a complete rip-off.

Great location, comfy bed

Location was exceptional. In what I would describe as the “posh” end of Aberdeen up near the private schools. Easy parking out front for us. Check in a breeze and staff delightful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable bed. Great towel racks! Ease of breakfast. Small gym but I had the whole place to myself both mornings which worked well.

We were right above the speakers from downstairs - whilst it is not obvious from reception the “lobby music” actually has quite a bass to it and was reverberating to our room on a loop until midnight both nights. Staff very accomodating which I was appreciative of but ask for a room well away from the lobby and not on the first floor.

A luxuriously comfortable and well-fed stay

Super comfortable room, fantastic restaurant with stellar service from all staff, well situated to get into Aberdeen easily. We checked in early after getting into the city on a very early morning ferry - the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We ate in the restaurant both mornings, and one evening, and thought the food was simply excellent. We also booked a massage at the spa, which was expertly delivered and incredibly relaxing.

Nice hotel, good fresh food, good location

staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too. Bar staff recommended a lovely cocktail. Parking and acess was really easy.

The free standing bath was a bit stained and dirty which put me off using it. I know that yellow stains are hard to get off the bath but it was offputting and meant I didn't enjoy a special feature of the room, which I paid an upgrade cost for.

Comfortable stay in efficiently run hotel with very pleasant staff.

We had made a last minute booking and had a lot of help from a very efficient member of staff on reception (Assistant Manager Claudia) who took a lot of trouble to make sure that we had a comfortable room.

The cusions in bed are so uncomfortable definitely need choice of firm and soft, the breakfast so needs some tattie scones and haggis for the price, couldnt get the heating on in the room at night so I went to bed cold

In a very noisy area of the city made much worse by a local shop owner across the street (Forever Vintage), blasting rather annoying music from a large speaker that sat outside the front of his store during almost all of his opening business hours. Could easily here music thumping even with all windows closed in the apartment.

It advertised as dog friendly. When I said I was taking a dog I was then advised it was £25 extra. The 'dog bedrooms' were in the lower ground with windows facing a high brick wall with a foot path in the corridor created between the wall and the bedroom window, going to the carpark. Curtains had to be kept shut all the time as it felt like u were sleeping in an open plan corridor with people passing a foot away while we were in our bed. The wallpaper and walls were dark, it felt like staying in a nicely decorated dungeon.

Amazing staff

On arrival at the hotel until our departure 2 days later, we received outstanding service from reception, bar, restaurant, spa and housekeeping staff throughout our visit. Pleasant, kind, professional, helpful it means the world to us. I have stayed in hotels 6 times this year. It costs money to book a hotel and we both felt the staff at your hotel respected us everywhere and at all times. It makes the difference to people's day if you are treated well. We felt like royalty and that's so special. Thank you.

The room was excellent, appeared to be fairly recently decorated etc and was very well appointed.

I couldn't get parked at the property despite that being one of my reasons for choosing it.
