Stated here before a few times , great accommodation and service

Same problem with their breakfasts….always the same problem with choices , poor quality and lots of faffing with drinks , toast , pastries etc and just find it all really annoying…..when everything else is very good….

Extremely noisy room

Staff were very friendly.

Room was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was situated below the restaurant and all night we could hear constant footsteps, music played, chairs being scraped along the floor, banging and clattering of dishes. Me and my wife had pretty much no sleep the whole night.

Bon Maison a Aberdeen

I enjoyed the nespressi coffee machine, the Ferrero rochers, and the lighting in my room. The decor was fun and colourful. The bath was lovely and I slept well in my bed watching some TV after my bath. I didn't use the shower but appreciated the toothbrush kit when I asked at reception. The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive - they made me feel so welcome and cared for

I found the temperature in the room a bit warm and didn't realise I could change the thermostat. This is probably because I'm not a regular hotel resident

Incredibly comfortable and well fed.

The surprise package of our holiday this hotel exceeded our expectations. We encountered heavy snowfall and were so grateful it happened while we were at this hotel. The food for all meals was exceptional, a little pricey but delicious. We knew that the weather had caused a lot of disruption, but the staff rose to the challenge and appeared to be handling the situation well. The pathway was cleared of ice and snow so we could make it easily to the carpark when we left. The decor was a lot and probably not everyones cup of tea, but it was fun for a short stay and gave the rooms some personality. We had a group with 5 rooms, and it was lovely to see the variation in decor of each room.

Food was expensive, but it was delicious and there was a good variety on offer to cater for our mixed group of dietary requirements including vegetarians and coeliacs.

Absolutely beautiful, the interior design is just incredible and it’s absolutely gorgeous to look at from the outside too. Clean, comfortable and just amazing all round. Staff were fantastic. Our room had both a shower and a bath which was great for our 8 month old boy. Very accommodating, including a cot, extra towel for our wee man, booking us a taxi, the list goes on

Stylish modern hotel. Plenty of space. Everything in good condition and clean. Comfy beds. Coffee etc in room very nice.

Access from car park with cases is a complete pain. Breakfast was ok, but had to wait ages for things we asked for. Only 2 staff on.

Spoilt by our dinner on Saturday evening.

Staff were vey helpful with assistance in all parts of the hotel with our dog.

1) The door on our shower needs to be reset on hinges as it was very difficult to open / close ( why ?? ). 2) On the Friday night my wife and I had dinner together. I had a fillet ( £40 ) which was a reasonable size and well cooked to what I wanted. On the Saturday night we met with our son and grandson for dinner. Once again I had the fillet despite £40 price as did my son. My steak this time was a lot smaller and a bit over-cooked. My son's fillet was even smaller than mine which was just ridiculous. We complained but it went in one ear and out the other as nobody bothered - very disappointing indeed !! I can only describe these bits of fillet as a complete rip-off.

Great location, comfy bed

Location was exceptional. In what I would describe as the “posh” end of Aberdeen up near the private schools. Easy parking out front for us. Check in a breeze and staff delightful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable bed. Great towel racks! Ease of breakfast. Small gym but I had the whole place to myself both mornings which worked well.

We were right above the speakers from downstairs - whilst it is not obvious from reception the “lobby music” actually has quite a bass to it and was reverberating to our room on a loop until midnight both nights. Staff very accomodating which I was appreciative of but ask for a room well away from the lobby and not on the first floor.
