Comfortable stay

We received a very warm welcomed by a lovely reception she made sure our stay was very comfortable throughout our time at the hotel, room was very clean and modern. Cable TV Bathroom lights was very bright which made applying makeup easy, Meals was very well cooked Lovely spa pool was lovely and warm, We hope to return again ..

We enjoyed our stay, minus the breakfast.

The staff were friendly. Rooms were brilliant. Executive lounge was nice and the spa was nice too.

The breakfast was stone cold and rubbery. The noise in the hallway was loud from a customer who had music blaring and a strong smell of cannabis. But inside our room, it was silent.

Relaxing, comfortable and friendly.

Loved the proximity to the P&J live, we stayed two nights and one of the nights we went to a gig. The spa facilities were lovely, we used these most days and found it to be clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. We will definitely be back!!

The food wasn’t the best, I ordered a jerk pork tomahawk which was substituted for a loin and not reflected in my bill. Not a great location if you intend on going into the city but perfect for gigs etc.

Excellent location and modern.

Far too expensive all round. No biscuits/ snacks or extra milk in a room costing 170pounds. Food in bar was average but expensive, not worth the money. Beware they add the tip themselves for service which is average.

Lovely hotel good food and very clean.

The rooms are lovely and the bed is comfortable.

A couple of minor issues, handwashing and shower gels were empty. Paying for parking when the car park was near empty and we never paid the last time we stayed.

Overpriced im afraid

Its a lovely hotel, the spa is lovely but the food in the restaurant is over priced for what it is and no breakfast was included, so overall it was all overpriced. Shame as I like this hotel as it has the spa but I don't feel the extra paid is worth it .

Close to P&J. Friendly staff.

Close to P&J. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accessibility needs were catered for. The room was pretty basic but had the essentials like a kettle, ironing board, and mirror. The bed was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Good range of drinks at the bar. It was busy but the staff worked hard. The bar was playing Stereophonics tunes at a reasonable volume. Seating was comfortable. A nice atmosphere at the bar. Quiet location despite being close to a busy road and airport. We stayed at the Hilton to attend a gig. At 11pm, there were security checks outside the hotel to ensure no non-paying "guests" could enter. This gave reassurance.

There was a used/dirty face cloth on the bathroom floor. Not enough secure parking spaces. We ended up using an alternative bay and paying double for parking because the Hilton bays were full. Toilet didn't flush well. The stairwell wasn't as clean as other parts of the hotel. The directional signs to the parking aren't easy to see!

We were very disappointed with Evening Meal. Not very hot and was more like starter size portions. Gnocchi sauce was far too sweet and Chicken was supposed to have a whisky sauce. No taste of whisky. Potatoes like smash.

Stayed as we went to a concert next door at TECA great room for the price and everyone of the staff made you feel welcom

Convenient for the venue and the rooms are fantastic plenty of space, comfy beds and great closet space for hanging things up without having to fight with hangers that don’t come out of the wardrobe easily

Nothing it was a great experience from start to finish Need to stock Guinness in the bars would have loved a pint in a real glass but had to settle for one next door in a plastic beaker during the concert

The hotel and facilities are fab, brand new and perfect for a nice stay when also going to a concert at P&J. The rooms were so spacious and really nice, and the spa facilities are amazing

There were issues with the room service, which was a bit frustrating as by the time we spoke to reception and they told us the system crashed and order hadn’t gone through, it was too late to get food before we went to our concert. Needed better and earlier communication

the bar and restaurant staff were very good despite being very busy

the quality and. choice of the restaurant food was poor . the room servicing was extremely poor, ie wet towels were left in bathroom floor, used glasses were not exchanged for clean ones , dressing robes were just left in piles ( I complained on the 1st day but nothing changed )
