Very attractive and comfy hotel, and perfect it at event at P&J

The hotel and facilities are fab, brand new and perfect for a nice stay when also going to a concert at P&J. The rooms were so spacious and really nice, and the spa facilities are amazing

There were issues with the room service, which was a bit frustrating as by the time we spoke to reception and they told us the system crashed and order hadn’t gone through, it was too late to get food before we went to our concert. Needed better and earlier communication

the bar and restaurant staff were very good despite being very busy

the quality and. choice of the restaurant food was poor . the room servicing was extremely poor, ie wet towels were left in bathroom floor, used glasses were not exchanged for clean ones , dressing robes were just left in piles ( I complained on the 1st day but nothing changed )

Location to the P&J live. Cleanliness and comfort. Full credit to house keeping team - corridors highly polished and hoovered. Room spotlessly clean.

Didn’t like that the walkway connecting the Hotel to the P&J was shut. Booked mainly as connected to concert venue and it was raining so we had to go outside. Not enough tea/ coffee or sugar in room. Tv broken and reported to reception. No bin bag in bin by kettle in room. Had takeaway pizzas from hotel bar around the corner . First two were a sloppy mess and manager got them re made, second two , one was burnt black underneath and other one edible but altogether took one hour to make, not the quick or cheap takeaway we had hoped for.

Very stylish looking and clean hotel. Lovely, friendly staff. Comfy big beds. Check out time is 12pm, which is great! Lovely breakfast.

Their "on-site" parking is £15 per night and is still a bit of a walk from the hotel. Location is good for P&J Live but driving distance to most other amenities.

Staff were all excellent and helpful, every single one. Viktoriia by email ahead of our stay, Jennifer at check-in, Charlie and team in the restaurant, spa staff, breakfast team and the friendly chap delivering room service who had a chat in the lift. The room was spotless; we have never had this before. It was such a boost to relax. Charlie in the restaurant went above and beyond to help with my son's allergy. He was very anxious and Charlie spoke to the chef who kindly amended a dish to make sure he was included. The hotel was really conveniently located for our event in town that weekend. Well signposted. My kids loved the hotel. We will definitely stay again, thank you team Aberdeen Hilton TECA!

I am really picking here as the stay was brilliant. Bit of a smell of urine from the drains as you walked down the steps into the pool. Parking was confusing (due to an event? so the sub T carpark wasn't available which I didn't know until after booking). The arrangements were a bit confusing and the majority of disabled spaces were blocked off. I was turned away from our pre booked surface space and told to park on the double yellow lines outside the hotel. It turns out we were issued our pass at reception so we checked into the room then I went back out to move the car and the attendant accepted the pass. It would have been good to have known more detail about this ahead of time as the email about it wasn't clear. It didn't spoil the stay at all though. The room service menu on the tv didn't match what was available. No problem as there was a table so we went downstairs instead. Just needs updating.

Some of the furniture in the room was shabby. Very little by way of welcome tray and not topped up. No shortbread or biscuits 😟! That's a first, even cheapest hotels, B&Bs and glamps supply them. It's the little things that can make the difference after a long day. Was shocked that the hotel charges you an extra £15.00 per night to use their car park!! Have stayed in many hotels. All have offered free parking for guests. Was also surprised at no bags in room bins and no hard copy information pack re room, hotel or local events/ attractions?

Extremely rude staff member in Quarter house restaurant who informed us mid meal that we would need to go to the bar for drinks, they would not be served at table, absolutely appalling service from Hilton.

The bill was very confusing wanted the 2 rooms to be on the same bill , it didn’t work out that way . Money was charged for a single occupancy room could not find it on the itemised bill as well as breakfast and dinner could not be found .In all it seemed a lot more than we thought, however we did receive a refund today.

Absolutely blown away by how calming this hotel was. The 24hr gym was extremely handy. Beds and pillows were amazing (As to be expected). Room was beautiful. Spa in the morning was extremely peaceful. All very easily accessible.

Bit of a hold up at check in due to issue with price vs booking.com. Not major but took longer than it should’ve.
