Vinod the manager was so friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to please us.
Very small bedroom with no mirror in the bedroom which made it difficult to blow dry my hair.

The Woodside House appears to be a newly remodeled accommodation. The location was easy to get around Aberdeen without being in the city center so therefore it was quiet and comfortable. The host was excellent and very helpful. The accommodations were fresh, clean and ready for us the minute we arrived. Possibly one of the neatest and cozzy places we stayed during our 17 day trip!
The beds appeared to be new but the mattresses were a bit hard for our tastes.

The rooms were spotlessly clean with new beds, carpets and bathrooms. We saw a mama deer and her fawn when we returned at desk and its located very near a lovely walk by the river. The guy on reception was lovely.
Although the rooms have been done up nicely the rest of the building looks slightly abandoned to the point that we were not sure we had actually arrived at a hotel. There are no facilities other than a kettle in the room and a pool table. It feels like somewhere you might see a ghost so if that’s your thing give it a go! It has the potential to be a nice property but feels half way there at the moment.
