Beautiful location in a park close to the river. Parking at the property. Room clean. Comfy bed. Hot and strong shower. Kettle in the room. Very friendly staff.
The house is a converted care home and still feels like it. Room was dark due to trees outside, dark furniture and tinted glass window. The window couldn't be opened. Cold at night. Not enough storage in room and bathroom for clothes and utensils. No luggage rack. Walls are thin, you can hear people talking or using the bathroom.

Cheap n cheerful...
Bit further out than I first thought...no car, so bit difficult to find and get to. Even had to direct taxi driver. Could do with more signposting on main road.
