A place to go every year

Staff was incredibly friendly, food fantastic, spacious rooms, great view to the lake. We loved everything about this place.

Not that I didn’t like it, because it made our staying more Italian then ever, but it is a warning… big cars can find it hard to reach the property because of narrow streets.

A Unique spot to stay in the Italian Lakes

If you want somewhere away from the maddening crowd this is the place! Immersed high above Lake Garda but close enough to enjoy the offerings of the area. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay over there. We traveled with two kids and a dog and it was perfect for all of us. Kids enjoyed the pool and our dog was everywhere welcomed. Only the streets to and from that location were a task for itself as they are all quite narrow.

Great and beautiful location, with super friendly staff

We loved our stay here! The pool was great, the view amazing and the room beautiful, but the staff was the best! The staff was super friendly. We had to delay our arrival by one day, which was no problem at all and one day we forgot to order brioches, but they still managed to get us some. The location is nice and quiet and the pool is great.

To reach the location you need to have a car that is less than 1.80m wide, cause the road is quite narrow. We had to park the car further down and walk the last (steep) bit.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

The bad very much outweighed any good

I came back from a walk, and the host was suddenly shouting at me, saying I damaged some building supplies, a flat box left in the middle of the car park. I had not caused this damage, but truth or reason did not matter, she continued to shout, insisting I was lying. She even said ‘I have video cameras’, to which I said, good, check it to see. She then changed to, ‘and what about my apartment, I went in, I saw! My apartment is a disaster!’. So, apparently she was so angry she entered my room looking for me, which was inappropriate. My things were in a mess, but this is allowed on vacation. I probably would have tidied up though, if I knew I was being monitored. She continued to shout, ‘my home! No respect for my home!’ And said I had to leave the next day. I had two nights left on my booking but I packed up and left straightaway, I didn’t know what this woman would do next. It was very stressful and upsetting, and I lost the money I paid for the two extra nights. I couldn’t believe how unreasonably and unprofessionally they acted, and how they treat guests. Stay here at your own risk

one of two mattress was slightly worn out, not flat. Joint of 2 mattresses was not covered with extra mattress so we felt it and it was not comfortable. The bathroom was very cold, heater did not work

Terrible attitude

View from the property is beautiful. The room was clean, nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the pool. It’s a beautiful 15min walk till the lake.

The attitude of the manager/owner was very, very rude and disrespecful. On the arrival I asked if they serve breakfast and instead of getting a normal answer she started shouting ‘Get out!’ and something else in Italian. Apparently I had asked a bad question. And I’m not exaggerating. I was a bit shocked and I would have left if I wouldn’t have had two small kids in my car. Rooms are dark, pillows uncomfortable, dog poop in the grass near the pool.

Nice place if you like crowded Lake Garda, host could be more engaged.

Nice apartment, clean, comfortable beds. The pool is clean, the apartment airconditioned.

Staff didn't interact at all. I would have expected to get introduced to the host and be shown around the facilities. Instead, we had to figure out who was who and whom to contact ourselves. I do not think that we ever got the correct breakfast order we had ordered the evening before. Kitchenware was very limited. Be warned that the final 0.5 km of the road is very narrow (1.8m) and takes some skills (and nerves) to navigate in a car.

Beautiful place! Loved it!

The location is superbe! Such a peaceful place, hidden in the olive groves at the end of the street, high above the village and oh my heart, WHAT a view! Loved the scratch-scratch of the cicadas, the smell of wild peppermint, the evening light on the old limestone walls, and … again: the view! Everything is beautifully designed and furnished with great taste. Even the colours of the bathing towels match with the natural shades of the sourroundings 😊… the lighting is beautiful and cosy for indoor time and the overall atmosphere is lovely! Besides breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Our boys LOVED the pool and we loved the HUGE rosemary hedge growing alongside of it dunking everything into a sweet and beautiful smell! We had a beautiful stay and would love to come back, next year.

The location, the views, the pool, the service, the explorations around(including thousands fireflys in June), the peaceful feeling in this place, the rooms, the freedom to enjoy this place! .. We are very lucky travelers so far. We found some spezial locations before. But we never been in a place like this. Be careful if you stay here. It’s a precious place.

Perfect :-)

Alessandro and his mom Daniela are very nice and warm hearted people. We (like most people) had a very stressful time because of Corona. We almost immediately forgot all of our troubles once we entererd the property and were welcomed by Alessandro. The location is very neat and clean, sorrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful pool - everything overlooking lake Garda. The breakfast location is situated in the middle of the property and is a highlight by itself. Perfect to start your day.

A beatiful and romantic location that exceeded my expectations

The location is great and you can see the exceptional care that Daniela put in every detail: furniture, Christmas decorations, renovations, the surroundings, the park around... They also made everything to make my stay pleasant. The morning breakfast was also big, various and made of local products.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold og kommer gerne tilbage

Dejlig morgenmad Beliggenheden var god med god udsigt. Dog ret hårdt at gå op nede fra byen, men ikke afgørende.

Bump på den smalle opkørsel som gjorde at bunden af bilen ramte vej/bump når man kærte hen over. Det betød at alle måtte ud af bilen og gå ned til den anden side af bumpende på de daglige ture.

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage.

Es ist eines dieser Orte, an dem man ankommt und sofort weiß, man will hier nicht mehr weg. Das große, hochgelegene Grundstück mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht, dem vielen Grün und der herrlichen Ruhe lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein – und dennoch ist man in nur wenigen Minuten im Ort, in Restaurants oder am See. Besonders schön sind auch der schöne Innenhof und die geschmackvollen Räumlichkeiten - einfach und dennoch persönlich. Unser Apartment war authentisch eingerichtet und zugleich modern ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlte. Der Pool war sauber, erfrischend und ideal für eine Abkühlung. Das Frühstück war wunderbar frisch, authentisch und sehr lecker. Hervorheben möchten wir zudem das Personal, das stets vorausschauend, höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert!

Struttura meravigliosa ma servizi da migliorare.

La location è incantevole, immersa in un contesto naturalistico unico che permette di ritrovare i ritmi autentici della natura. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti, ideali per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione viene servita in un gazebo nel giardino, all’ombra di un maestoso albero secolare: un’esperienza suggestiva che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Il numero limitato di ospiti che la struttura può accogliere rende l’ambiente intimo e riservato. La zona piscina non è particolarmente ampia, risulta un pò affollata ma nel complesso piacevole.

La colazione, pur presentandosi bene e offrendo una discreta varietà, non rispecchia pienamente gli standard della struttura. La qualità dei prodotti, infatti, risulta piuttosto modesta. Da una realtà che si colloca in una certa fascia economica e che porta il nome "Premignana Natural Home", mi sarei aspettata una proposta più autentica: prodotti locali, provenienti da fattorie o allevamenti della zona, oppure una selezione accurata di alimenti di qualità. Avrei preferito trovare meno scelta, ma con uno standard adeguato al livello della struttura. Inoltre, il lenzuolo del letto era realizzato in 100% acrilico, materiale poco traspirante che, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, provoca forte disagio e sudorazione. Il comfort risulta quindi molto scarso e del tutto inadeguato per una struttura di questo livello.

Zufahrt ist spektakulär, man sollte schon Autofahren können... Mit einem T6 Bus "nur mit aufgeklappten Spiegeln" machbar - geht aber, sind täglich rauf und runter gekommen!
