Good value for money but could improve performance.

The hotel was ideally situated for the purpose of our trip and the breakfast was good. Facilities were adequate and the area was very quiet.

Bar facilities were unavailable after 11 pm which was disappointing. Staffing levels seemed a little inadequate.

Everything was great at Villa Sofia. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the view, the pool and the lovely lady in the reception. And the location. The hotel also had a privat car park.

Exceptional

Gordone Riviera is a lovely place to stay beautiful scenery but not as touristy as some areas. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Villa was beautiful and staff were lovely.

Pool was amazing. beautiful building. Young girl at the bar was wonderful and enthusiastic. Great location to explore the older parts of Gardone.

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned (some crumbs on the floor and dusty under the bed and on top of the minibar cabinet (unfortunately for my hat!). The soap saucer and toothbrush holder in the bathroom were both badly chipped, which seemed cheap not to have fixed. Despite saying toiletries were included, there was no shampoo or conditioner, which was disappointing for a 4 star. No tea or coffee in the room either. The hot breakfast options were limited and unappealing.

Friendly staff, very dog friendly, very nice and clean room with a great view. Perfect location. A lot of green areas. Perfect for the dog. We will come back soon 🙂 Dinner at the partner hotel savoy. The dinner was delicious.

The hotel bar. No experience in mixing cocktails. But the staff is so friendly and there are other drinks to choose. So not a big deal.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sowie das Bad waren geräumig, unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das war der dritte Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Man verliebt seinen Urlaub zurückgezogen mit einem angemessenen Service. Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab einen schönen Pool mit etwas unbequemen Liegen.

Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Sehr gediegen. Alles war wahnsinnig gepflegt und liebevoll arrangiert. Tolles Frühstück auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Der Pool ruhig und hübsch. Wir kommen wieder.

Eigentlich kaum etwas. Wenn man dem Navi vertraut, lenkt es einen eine steile und sehr schmale Gasse zum Hotel hoch. Das geht aber auch anders.

L'Hotel Sofia spicca per la posizione, la cura, il personale sempre sorridente e cordiale. L'Hotel ha tutto per poter accontentare i suoi clienti merito di uno staff che ci ha coccolati e accontentati. Parcheggio ampio, piscina pulita e funzionale, ampio solarium con idromassaggio con una vista mozzafiato. Per me, SUPER PROMOSSO

Perfetto per evento all'anfiteatro Vittoriale

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per assistere ad un concerto al Teatro Vittoriale. L'hotel è a pochissimi minuti a piedi dall'anfiteatro. Staff cordiale e presente h24, disponibilissimo nell'offrirci la colazione anche prima dell'orario (l'orario era dalle 7:30 ma noi dovevamo partire, ci hanno servito prima). Letto molto grande e molto comodo. Molto morbidi gli asciugamenti e gli accappatoi del bagno. Bellissima la vista sul lago.

Stanza per nulla insonorizzata. Abbiamo patito gli schiamazzi di un gruppo di persone che è proseguito per gran parte della notte. Ci è stata assegnata una camera attrezzata per ospiti con disabilità, con doccia aperta e lavandino ribassato. Una scelta comprensibile per chi ne ha bisogno, ma personalmente poco pratica e molto scomoda. Avrei preferito una camera standard, magari segnalando questa preferenza in fase di prenotazione - soprattutto visto il prezzo e il largo anticipo con cui ho prenotato.
