The hotel is beautiful, not modern but extremely good quality furnishings. Lovely decor especially in the seating areas. Room nice size & good quality bedding. Staff very friendly & helpful, efficient, nothing to much trouble. The breakfast has lots of choices. The bar & especially the terrace with view over the lake are just beautiful. Pool area very clean .

amazing staff. Pool was fantastic. Rooms were well thought out and extremely comfortable.

stunning location, stunning view from our 4th floor room, parking at -4 level but lots of space, walking distance to ferry, restaurants
the entire property is very dated incl lifts, fitness facilities etc. They forgot to clean our room, which however they did after we pointed it out and went for dinner. When we came back room was cleaned but door stood open / unlocked..
