OK for a very short stay

The location is central. The receptionist Maria was very friendly and helpful. She gave us vouchers for the private beach nearby. The rooftop bar would have been nice if it had been opened. Very limited parking space. The other parking possibility are either near the beach club (300m distance) it up a steep hill through narrow roads.

The location is central but on a noisy main road. Even though our room was not directly on the main road one could hear the loud traffic. Ear plugs were provided and I used them every night. The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew . It is painted black which is convenient to cover up the mildew. The breakfast is not very good. The coffee generally weak. A television is on all the time and the breakfast room is very small. The tables are too close together.

Great value stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. We were given a two double bedroom suite on the lower floor. Lots of space. Air conditioning was perfect in both rooms. Beds were comfortable. Good selection at breakfast.

Road noise with a noisy drain that clonked everytime a car went over it. Earplugs were provided but not sure if for that reason. Expected access to a swimming pool from the original write up and photos gave the impression the hotel had a lake view.

The use of the private whirlpool tub and sauna is great, but do not expect to have a double bed or a good sleep if brigh

The private use of the sauna and whirlpool tub. The staff were kind and helpful. We were able to park right outside the hotel.

I booked a large double bed but got 2 single beds together. Quite uncomfortable for a couple who wishes to sleep on the same bed. The room is not dim enough to sleep after sunrise and the noise from constant traffic didn’t stop throughout the whole night. Although they provide earplugs they are the thick type used in construction works- not for everyone. The air conditioning was not working, and no instructions were provided for its use. As reception was closed from 22.00, nobody could help us-opening the window was not an option due to outside noise and light.

Vicinanza al centro di Gardone e al lungo lago,raggiungibile a 200 metri a piedi

La poca chiarezza su i servizi disponibili, avevamo prenotato una camera con servizio spa, una volta giunti in loco, la receptionist e il responsabile ci hanno informato che la spa andava prenotata previa ,telefonata alcuni giorni prima... Nonostante tutto la mattina seguente siamo stati informati della disponibilità e abbiamo goduto del servizio.

Molto rumoroso la notte , perché stanza che dava sulla strada , con serramenti vecchi e non isolati acusticamente . La pulizia si è no , perché andrebbero pulite tutte le parti . Su bordi piastrelle sporco , lampadario di vetro molto sporco , x fortuna il resto abbastanza pulito . Poi non mi è piaciuto che dalle foto sembra tutto bello e perfetto , nella realtà.. molte cose sono appena accettabili .

Devo complimentarmi con lo staff (Sig.ra Maria e Giulia). La prima veramente professionale disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere ai nostri quesiti. La seconda super efficiente alla preparazione della colazione con la disponibilità di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Super staff.

Le personnel est très agréable. Le parking est gratuit (à 5min à pied de l’hôtel) et l’hotel est bien situé à 2min du port et des transports.

La chambre a un très mauvais rapport qualité prix, la chambre et l’hôtel mérite d’être rénové, la propreté reste à désiré notamment l’odeur et l’humidité dans la salle de bain qui n’a pas de fenêtre. La Clim fuit laissant une flaque d’eau. Le petit déjeuner reste très rudimentaire (assiettes et verres en carton) ne contenant pas de produit frais les fruits reste à désiré. Nous déconseillons cet hôtel vous pouvez trouver mieux et moins cher même au mois d’août

Gardone Riviera är en mysig by. Hotellet har en rooftop-bar där det även serveras mat med olika teman varje kväll. Trevlig & hjälpsam personal.

La colazione era molto buona, la camera e il bagno era ben pulita, il bagno aveva anche la finestra.

Purtroppo è proprio sulla strada principale, quindi si sente un po' il traffico, io non ho problemi a dormire e quindi non mi ha dato alcun fastidio, ma per qualcuno che ha difficoltà a dormire potrebbe essere un problema. I serramenti comunque sono buoni e aiutano a ridurre di molto il rumore.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im diesen Hotel.. Personal war nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Wir hatten Zimmertemperatur 25.5C. Musste für diese Nacht ein anderes Hotel buchen zum übernachten. (Einfach ein No-Go)- peinlich… Mit einem Baby war das nicht auszuhalten. Strassenverkehr war auch extrem laut. Das Hotel stellt Ohrstöpsel zu Verfügung. Der Kaffe ist extrem schlecht.

La posizione,la cordialità della ragazza che ci ha servito la colazione,buona sia salata che dolce. Camera 104 silenziosa. Pulizia della camera.Parcheggio comunale gratuito a sei minuti a piedi .

Non averci informati che la spa era da prenotare in anticipo ,sulla prenotazione Booking non è specificato. Il bidet è troppo vicino al box doccia quindi direi complicato da utilizzare. Purtroppo il piano del lavandino in legno rosso è molto rovinato ( potreste piastrellarlo). Luce sopra un comodino fulminata e luce sopra lo specchio fulminata.Terrazza panoramica bella ma abbandonata a se stessa,anche se non è stagione,tenerla in ordine è doveroso.
