Nice location - very bad service

Views are great, SPA too

The service is absolutely a disaster, specially at terazza. I waited 40 minutes to get a bottle of wine, the manager is incompetent, the waiters inexperienced. Through the line every day bad service. Waiters chatting to each other while the customer is waiting 40 minutes to get a bottle of wine. Not acceptable at this price tag. The worst is the lady managing the breakfast, extremely unfriendly. Pescatore fine.

Not terrible but definitely not a 5 star experience

Breakfast was very good. The spa facilities were ex excellent. Access to the lake was excellent but not Easy to get to other places around the lake using public transport

The Pescatore restaurant was below par and terrible for a 5 star hotel. Food was not good. The staff were not attentive at the bar or at dinner. When ordering taxis, the staff did not let us known if the taxi had arrived on more than one occasion. Paddleboards and canoe hire was not included despite equipment being owned by the hotel. Staff were very slow too respond to requests

Underestimating the need for more accomodating restaurant themes. A Michelin star restaurant is not conducive to the patronage.

We had a good time the hotel is well run and in an ideal location.

Our original room faced the road and was not good but with some persuasion we were able to move to a room with a partial lake view. It made the stay much much better. Thanks to the reservation staff for accommodating our room change.

A wonderful few days in the hotel with everything you could ask for. 5 plus star rating in our opinion!

The hotel was fantastic! Our room (115) had an amazing view of the lake. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and great room service. All meals in the hotel were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptional!

A truly relaxing stay with an amazing staff.

The facilities were wonderful, the location on the water was great, but the best thing about Hotel Fasano was the quality of service. The staff was so kind and always asking if everything was ok. Even though the weather was overcast and rainy, we truly relaxed. There were so many areas to sit and have a drink, read a book, swim, have a treatment at the spa- we really enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff that truly helped make this a wonderful vacation!

A special place where I was well looked after.

What an astonishing hotel! Superb facilities, especially the gardens, pool and spa. Incredible spaces to relax in. The Terrace for drinks was lovely. The staff were all superb. The best breakfasts ever.

It is a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and a great stay, real luxurious place

It is an excellent hotel with all needs covered within the facility; you do not need to go anywhere. It is situated in the lake, with great SPA and amazing rooms.

Food is only served up to 21:30, too early if you want to dine at a later hour.

Overall an excellent stay, we felt so lucky to visit this hotel. Everything was amazing!

All staff were amazing, very polite and very helpful. Every single detail is thought of and taken care of.

The only minor thing that I would suggest is to look into better soundproof rooms. If you didnt wake up early in the morning you could somtimes hear other guests in the corridors .
