Breakfast was very good. The spa facilities were ex excellent. Access to the lake was excellent but not
Easy to get to other places around the lake using public transport
The Pescatore restaurant was below par and terrible for a 5 star hotel. Food was not good.
The staff were not attentive at the bar or at dinner. When ordering taxis, the staff did not let us known if the taxi had arrived on more than one occasion.
Paddleboards and canoe hire was not included despite equipment being owned by the hotel.
Staff were very slow too respond to requests

The enormity of it and its location
Underestimating the need for more accomodating restaurant themes. A Michelin star restaurant is not conducive to the patronage.
