Ottima colazione e il ristorante sotto una vera chicca

Buona colazione, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Buona la posizione vicino al Vittoriale degli Italiani.

Purtroppo la nostra camera aveva le finestre che davano sul muro. La camera non era insonorizzata, ma fortunatamente non era dalla parte della strada che è molto trafficata. Altra cosa, l’aria condizionata era posta sopra il letto a castello dove hanno dormito i ragazzi per cui doveva essere spenta, comunque non faceva caldo per cui è andata bene comunque così.

Hotel nello standard dei servizi, con terrazza sul lago, ma anche sulla Gardesana. Ottimo il ristorante sottostante, con pizza e piatti tradizionali. Buona e varia la colazione.

Anche se le camere sono al primo piano, manca l'ascensore. Non dispone di parcheggio, bisogna arrangiarsi con uno pubblico con pochissimi posti senza disco orario, altrimenti la sosta é limitata a 2 ore. Per arrivare a Gardone Riviera bisogna farsi una lunga camminata (qualche chilometro...) perché la struttura si trova nella frazione di Fasano.

Cleanliness.

Most things were old and hardly working. The only available, the room A/C was set on 19 celsius, the room temp never went below 25-26. The hotel lobby had no A/C, only the bar/restaurant that would be closed. Only one person at reception knew english, available 1h after check in, she left at 17.30. No one available at reception if you needed help overnight, only an alarm system to wake up the "owner" or any other guests. There is a terase for all guests with a door that never got closed, on a hot and humid summer day. The room terasa couldn't be used due to it's mallfunctioning door. The expensive breakfast was calculated at a grams with very limited choices that you needed to select on a preprinted sheet at 17.30 the latest, so the receptionist can leave, so if you arrive late, are not italian or are undecided, bad luck for you on all fronts. And last but not least they made a big deal what I requested a double bed with a lake view. At checkin, I was reminded of my request and informed that they provided it, with the caption that it is their best room, in reality the beds were always twins and "connected" only through the sheet and the view was mostly obstructed by the parking lot cross the street. The whole place is an overpriced scam. For more details please referance the provided pictures. The only things that is giving this "hotel" the 8.3 rating is the cleanliness. Definetly overpriced for nothing.
