OK for few nights if sleeping well is most important thing

Easy to find, easy to park - two free parking spaces nearby and one in front for short term (1h) parking. Clean room with excellent bed and good conditioner. Got clean towels by asking after a beach day. Nice restaurant downstairs, tried pizza and lasagne, both were ok. Friendly personal.

From the pictures I understood there is a beach nearby but we didn't find it even walked a lot both ways from the hotel, so went by car to another beach. The "pool" was already fully booked for next two weeks. There wasn't an actual view from the window, had to keep the curtains closed all the time because the window opened straight to the backyard's parking lot. Breakfast very basic - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cucumber, tomato, one type of bread, cornetto and cake, and some serials and yogurt. There were fruits, but seemed they are only decorations - sliced fruits were served every three days and when they ended, there wasn't any filling. Machine coffee was unfortunately non drinkable, got another from the kitchen by asking but that wasn't a lot better.

Lovely, clean and accessible hotel

It was very clean, reception was very helpful and friendly and the bed was comfortable. We were cycling so it was very useful to have somewhere to put the bikes and close to the ferry,

It is next to a road so there traffic noise, we did know this when we booked and continued due to the location to the ferry,

The staff are super friendly and very helpful and the restaurant attached to the hotel is really nice! Would highly recommend booking the wellness centre in the hotel, it was really nice! Really easy to get to the hotel with a bus stop right outside!

Good value for money and amazing people

Location is very good. Close to local beach which we preferred to a private one. Offers small breakfast and packed lunch every day and evening meal which is different every day. Freshly made. People are very friendly and approachable

Exceptional

Our big family spent only one night in three rooms in Bike hotel. It wasn't problem to come late at night. All the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and we loved breakfast. In the morning we got presents for kids. We will definitely come back again for longer time.

The safe didn‘t work, the pin for the main entrance didn‘t either… and the „private beach“ was everything but.

Good value hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I bought my bike with me and there was secure storage. It is a good location for exploring lake Garda by car/bike. Our room was modern and clean. Looks recently refurbished. It had air conditioning which was good. The hotel has kayaks and bike free for guests which is nice.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff

The spa was lovely but the Jacuzzi was far too hot and they couldn't seen to get an cold water into it to cool it down, they ended up giving me a bucket of ice, which worked but by this time I'd used over half of my time slot

Much better in pictures than in reality. Therefore you have higher expectations and get disappointed. It is an economy hotel, very basic. Good to spend a night, but not the place you would enjoy spending time. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is sufficient but not impressive. Nice sauna. Basically a stop over, not the vacation location.

Location. Don't even think of going there when travelling by public transport. It is reachable by bus and boat (plus 20 min walk) but it takes much time and is not convenient. Biking is not safe unless you are a mountain pro and take mountain trails.

Great Location and Service but only average food. Would return.

Reception was very helpful and the gentleman was very friendly. The location is great for Lake Garda. As it was low season parking was not a problem. Rooms were clean and spacious, and one had a balcony with view across the lake.

Food was available in the restaurant despite it being low season, though it what we had was not great. Breakfast was acceptable rather exceptional.

Great option to discover Garda

Great hotel, the great location, close to the lake, there is cycle route. The trip to the Toscolano-Maderno takes about 30 min walking (with toddler). There are shops, Apothekes, flower shops, wide public beach. We had reservation with half board and the dinners were perfect. Actually we had 2 main courses per person. And every day something new was cooked. The wellness is private, comfortable and great.

The only thing is late breakfast. It starts at 8am (I thing almost everywhere in Italy it starts like this). It is a little bit a problem with small child.
