From the moment we arrived we were greeted with an enormous amount of respect the girls at the front desk were very professional and helpful and friendly and of course Elisa went out of her way to help us with car rental issues she was on the phone for two days to help us get a different car we will never forget her kindness.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay...staff were super helpful...really enjoyed the food and the restaurant ambiance...stunning views of the lake...nice gardens and pool too...front desk arranged a sunset cruise on the lake with less than 2 hours notice...a romantic delight

This hotel was amazing from start to finish the staff were very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in an apartment which is a separate building to the hotel and would recommend for families as there is lots of space, small well equipped kitchen, sofa bed and separate bedroom. We also had 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the rear secluded garden and lake. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay I cannot praise the quality and presentation enough. Without a doubt this will be a must to stay in when we return to the area.

We stayed in an apartment which is a separate building to the hotel and would recommend for families as there is lots of space, small well equipped kitchen, sofa bed and separate bedroom. We also had 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the rear secluded garden and lake. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay I cannot praise the quality and presentation enough. Without a doubt this will be a must to stay in when we return to the area.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, right on the lakefront, with a lovely garden pool. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was parking, as the car park was always full and seemed to be open to non-hotel guests, as well as noisy bikers. The entrance to the hotel was a u-turn from the street, relatively fine to enter, but perilously dangerous and tricky to exit...

Excellent hotel. Excellent facilities. Perfect location right on the lake front. Pool area perfect. Could not recommend this hotel any higher. We stayed in the apartments...we were unsure what this would be like but were delighted with the quality of the accommodation. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again in future.

- No Gym -> not acceptable in this category - No parasol on the terrace of the apartment -> how should we use it by sun? - No coffee machine in room, no kettle in room -> minimum service in a 5* Hotel in every room and for sure in apartments - Equipment in the apartment has got very poor quality. Please buy good knives und boards - The road is just 5m away and always very busy. Those room couldn't be offered for 300 Euro per night you should be happy for each single guest who comes to book this loud room without hotel services. - Also at the pool it isn't very relaxing because of the busy street just a few meters away. Overall it isn't worth the money you try to get the most money out of it without investing

Love staying a Hotel Bella Riva. Very comfortable beautiful hotel on one of the prettiest parts of Lake Garda. The hotel is elegant, but not pretentious. Love eating on the terrace with the wonderful view of the lake. The food and breakfast are great. Such a real treat to be able to stay there.
