Very nice apartment complex located high above Lake Garda, with stunning views. Enormous room with its own terrace, large kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and bathroom. Our dog was happy to lie outside on the grass and soak in the Italian sun.

We could have stayed much longer! We hated leaving.

It would be nice for a longer retreat but not a short term stay.

Staff were great and helped us and provided for us.

It was far too hot on the mezzanine floor, even with the window open. The view was restricted by other apartments from our balcony. Around the pool was busy and the amount of foliage meant there were lots of insects. My son got bitten quite badly many times on his back.

Wonderful, relaxing location

The property has a wonderful location, high up on the hills, breathtaking view to the lake, and surrounded by a lot of greenery. The pool area was separated from the houses with enough sunbeds and a pool-bar.

We would have liked some more kitchen appliances like microwave, electric kettle, frying pan, bigger glasses. The parking fee for the garage was an unexpected extra cost.

Doesn't worth it

There is free parking even if it's not told by personnel. Lago di Garda view is beautiful.

They hide the prices of their bar, you will never find it. Later, on the check out you end up paying 3 times more - breakfast 17 euro, lunch with 2 panini and 2 beers - 50 euro. There is nothing for the kitchen - detergent, soap, towel, sponge. No welcome kit of tea bags or coffee capsules. It's not usable at all for 1-2 nights.

The apartment was nice but we had no view over the lake which we thought we would have.

The air conditioning didn’t work for the first day which meant an extreme warm night because the only window we could open was a rooftop window on the first floor since we didn’t want to sleep with the doors open at night. The management didn’t offer anything as a compensation.

This apartment is in a very beautiful place, if you have a car. On foot it is not an easy way, but the view is amazing. The boy on the reception was really kind, helpful and told me every info. I am not sure, i expected this way the apartment, the furniture was old, like in a castle but i think it is the style in this place, and we haven't got a problem with that. When we arrived we got a better room then, what i booked. I think it's not value this price but it was okey.

Relaxing stay, amazing views and helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the property is amazing. The pool was great as it wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of chairs in the area, with options for shade. The bar food was good, especially the ice-cream!

A car would be an advantage as taxis were difficult to get. However with the help of the staff we managed happily for a week without one. There is a lovely pizza restaurant within walking distance and the hotel serves evening meals at the bar at weekends.

Very little privacy and a bit worn down.

Sofa bed was horrible. We traveled with a 5 y/o and 8 y/o and then normally share a sofa bed and that was not possible as it was very small. The mattress was so thin that you could feel the wires - no adult would be able to sleep in it. The balconies and terraces were separated by very big espalier and we could see and hear anything the neighbors did or said. That left us with no privacy. The pool area has a nice view, but the deck chairs were mostly faulty and would collapse unexpectedly. There were mosaics missing around the pool and our son had a deep cut on his leg climbing out of the pool. When our toilet broke after the reception closed it was impossible to get through on the hotels emergency number. Luckily a guy was still closing the pool and could help us.

Had a nice stay but wouldn't choose to stay there again

The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very clean. Very nice bar man at the pool. Had a very nice lunch there too. The apartments are clean and spacious with beautiful views over the lake.

The reception staff seemed inexperienced and because of this slightly unhelpful. When we arrived nobody offered to help us to carry our bags to our apartments which were at the top of the hotel site and one of our party is clearly pregnant! Our room safe did not work so we asked reception to come to look at it. Had to go and ask again the next day before anyone came. Our AC was very ineffective I asked reception about this but they said there was nothing wrong with it - there clearly was as we had two apartments and the other one had good AC We therefore had 5 quite uncomfortable nights there. The apartments are in a beautiful location but you really cannot walk anywhere and a car is required. There is also a cleaning fee charged at the end of the stay which rather surprised me - why is the cleaning not included in the price??

Fantastic place, the views are amazing, the staff is friendly, they even gave water to our dog when we were by the pool, they made us feel welcome from the beginning to the end. parking can be a bit tricky since people park anyway they like so you may find a situation wehre the carpark is not full but are unable to park, this is not a fault of the hotel, but is entitled people who cannot stay between the lines.

The food is not great in terms of variety, but I am sure this has to do with the corona situation

The location is great with fantastic view and relaxing atmosphere.

Very nice and comfortable resort. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) wi-fi connection was poor. In 2021 a 4 stars resort must have good wi-fi connection in all the rooms! 2) we think that you should considering (i) to open a minimarket and (ii) to keep the restaurant open all the evenings. This because the venue is quite far from any other places and if you want to eat something you must take the car.

Endroit enchanteur!

Un superbe accueil par la préposé ainsi que la serveuse au petit bar de l’hôtel. Des gens sympathiques, avenants et très professionnels. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée, appartement impeccable et spacieux, offrant une superbe superbe vue sur le Lago Di Garda depuis notre petite terrasse. Site enchanteur et calme. Nous nous sommes régalés à une Osteria à quelques minutes de l’emplacement. Le personnel de l’hôtel avait de belles recommandations pour nous et ont eu la gentillesse de placer l’appel de réservation en notre nom. Très belle expérience, nous recommandons chaudement un séjour à cet endroit!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Pool herrlich gelegen und auch im Oktober zum Schwimmen geeignet. Sehr schöne Anlage mit toller Aussicht.

Bei der Küchenausstattung hat uns ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer könnte gemütlicher sein.

Die Apartments sind sehr hellhörig und Lieferungen von Wäsche… in der Nacht durch LKW. Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig.

Der Weg hinauf ist nicht ganz einfach mit dem Auto. Zudem hat uns unser Navi auf eine Strecke geschickt, die gerade Mal so breit war wie unser Auto und wir hatten da natürlich auch ein Auto Gegenverkehr. Also Vorsicht, welchen Weg ihr nehmt

Piękne miejscu w otoczeniu natury. Domina Borgo znajduje się na wzgórzu, trzeba dojechać autem ale widoki rekompensują wszystko. Otoczenie obiektu pięknie przygotowane. Można powiedzieć, że ktoś pomyślał o wszystkim. Wieczorem można pospacerować po ogrodzie i odpocząć na ławkach z widokiem na cudownie oświetloną Gardę. W ciągu dnia czas można spędzić nad basenem lub odpocząć na leżakach, które są poustawiane tak by każdy gość zaznał trochę prywatności i odpoczynku nie tracąc widoku na jezioro. Przy strefie z basenem otwarty jest bufet, w którym można zakupić lody, lunch, pokojone owoce, napoje i alkohol. Domki (apartamenty) są dobrze przygotowane i wyposażone. Sypialnia ma klimatyzację, niestety na antresoli w upalne dni może być zbyt ciepło dla niektórych. Personel kompetentny i sympatyczny. Nieco niżej znajduje się urokliwe miasteczko z pysznymi restauracyjkami.

Jak dla mnie oświetlenie w salonie było niewystarczające. Jednak to żaden minus :)

Très bel endroit reposant loin de la foule du bord du lac.

Emplacement magnifique avec une exceptionnelle sur le lac. La piscine est très agréable.

Nous étions en famille avec 2 ados et le lit proposé pour eux était un canapé lit défoncé de 120cm. On a eu un lit d’appoint le lendemain mais je pense que la literie pourrait être meilleure.
