Truly a 5-star experience

Everything was just perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, breakfasts were excellent, and the hotel’s design is stylish and thoughtfully curated. The staff deserves special praise – they’re truly top-notch. We arrived before the official check-in time, but our room was already ready and we were welcomed immediately. My clothes were washed and returned in no time. We were also given full access to the pool and spa whenever we wanted, without strict time slots – which made the stay feel extra relaxed and luxurious.

A couple of minor notes: The pool is not very large – something to be aware of if you’re expecting a big swimming area. Also, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the shower room, which might be related to structural features of the building. Perhaps, the technical staff can look into this.

Excellent stay for our special occasion… Hopefully we will return one day..

Loved the location of this hotel, set back on the hillside.. you do need to get transport up and down though to the main town..It was a very peaceful setting if that is what you enjoy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Breakfast was a delight on the outdoor terrace… The pool and Sauna / steam room were a very lovely added extra.. The hotel is very nicely kept and was spotless throughout.. The grounds and view were beautiful..

Quite location for relaxing

Very spacious 2 bedroom suite with huge terrace and views of lake garda and beautiful greenery around. Very helpful and professional staff and thank you for the upgrade. Location is really good to reach Limone and Riva in Less than an hour. I would like to come again.

Amazing getaway !

A wonderful brand-new hotel just opened. Amazing design amazing facilities great location but what really highlighted this hotel for me is the staff. Thomas at reception was extremely helpful . Big thanks to Lucas at the restaurant looked after us so well . Special thanks for another person sorry we forgot his name starts with A, that gave us cigarettes free when we could not buy it was out of hours. Even though this hotel is New, the owners have multiple hotels and brought some of their most experienced guys. The restaurant is Michelin star grade food make sure you stay for dinner. The area surrounding is full of trails and beautiful places they have amazing electric bikes that you can take around the area. Spa has an amazing sauna and indoor outdoor swimming pool. The hotel room is fantastic brand-new fresh beds great mattress amazing view from the helicopter pad. I think you can arrive to this hotel on a helicopter as well. We absolutely loved our trip and will be back again for sure.

Not worth the money

The aqua di Parma bath products were nice and the staff was friendly. Convenient to have a shuttle service to escape the subpar premises

Generally the hotel is built with barely any view of lake Garda. You have a slight view from the windows of the rooms, but the pool is basically overlooking the driveway and parking lot. not a very nice setting to spend the day or a vacation. Considering this, prices are quite steep. Additionally, the Air Conditioning barely seems functional/ does not work in most areas, resulting in room temperatures of 28 degrees. Would not give this hotel 5 stars or recommend it to anyone.

Exquisite stay next to the lake

It has a magnificent view of the lake, the service is superb, the breakfast is amazing. The spa is also well equipped with a cool pool which has an indoor-outdoor connection. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting lake Garda.

Great service, beautiful rooms and excellent meals

1. Exceptional service! Upon our arrival we relaxed outdoors with cappuccinos, juices and a delicious treat while our bags were brought to the room. There was a van that took us to Lake Garda so we didn’t have to worry about parking, we forgot an item in our room and the staff were so nice to notify us and have it sent to our home. There were so many other things beyond our expectation-fresh fruit in our room on the first day, a gift on our departure. 2. The rooms were so spacious, bright and the beds were so comfortable. There was a nice deck for us to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. 3. Breakfast was incredible! Great selection of pasties as well as freshly prepared hot dishes. Everything was delicious

- Hotel is quite new - choice and pricing of menus

- breakfast restaurant staff: lack of organization and speed - everyone is doing everything, as a result you could sometimes place a order 3 times and other days you'd wait for your coffee over 15 mins - not acceptable at a 5* place with these prices - bathroom: just ONE hanger for all towels, wet gymn and pool clothes and bathrobes - private pool not heated - tendency to forget things: someone left the door of our apartment open after room service; we ordered spoons for our apartment - needed to do so two times, same with ice cubes for our fridge;

Wonderful on the whole, except for the air conditioningnot cooling enough.

We enjoyed our whole stay! The staff was wonderful, very attentive. The room was beautiful and very spacious. I liked the little terrace in the back.

The air conditioner should be able to cool the room more! Did not like that the lights could not be dimmed. Bed reading lights would have been nice. The shower needs door so that the water doesn't spray all over the place. Would have loved a tennis court!

I was really annoyed with the unhelpful ness of the staf

Booking.com has let me down twice in the last few bookings. In the Eden I asked for a supposed to. Get a superior room which was a room with the toilet and shower in the same room and no cupboards to hand a dress. This was totally unacceptable and not what we were shown. Secondly I’m on my way to Milan. You should never have taken the funds as I always pay at the property. The Baglioni site offers the same price including breakfast which you did not. You offered to match the price, but need the invoices for breakfast and get a refund from you. This is a hassle. Why would I use you in the future. ?

Molto bello ma migliorabile.

Struttura molto bella, ottima colazione, prestige suite molto spaziosa, parcheggio gratuito, ottima rapporto qualità/prezzo a novembre, personale squisito e molto professionale.

La maniglia della porta scorrevole in camera è rotta (già da tempo mi pare) e andrebbe riparata. Pulizia camera non eccellente. La struttura di notte rimane accessibile anche senza tessera rendendo possibile l'accesso a chiunque. Anche il cancello prima della struttura non viene chiuso (almeno durante il nostro soggiorno). Trattandosi di una zona piuttosto isolata avrei preferito percepire una maggiore sicurezza.
