The pool and surroundings

The A/C should’ve been in every room, not only in the living rooms, house needed more thorough cleaning (rooms were full of spider webs), however when the resort staff were notified of the same they came and cleaned the rooms, towels should be changed on a daily basis, and it would be better if they have a washer in the villa.

This place is exceptional and very memorable.

This place was one of the special places that my family and I have ever stayed during our vacation. The villa was excellent in terms of size, cleanliness, and amenities. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The pool was excellent and very relaxing. You feel like you are at your own villa, since not all other villas are for rental, which makes this place very calm and quiet. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. We had a car issue during our stay and I can't thank enough all the staff at Golf Bogliaco for their understanding, help and making our stay at ease during this time. Special thanks to Paula and Giada for their extraordinary work!!

Getting to the place can be a bit confusing the first time. I would suggest type "Via Golf" or the name of the hotel in your GPS and follow the second option if coming from south, since that is the easier route to get to the hotel.

Great golf vacation

The view and the pool were fantastic. The people were also very friendly and helpful with any request we had. Proximity to the clubhouse is obviously a big plus if you play golf.

Schöne Ferienanlage, die ihren Ansprüchen nicht mehr gerecht wird.

Die Apartments liegen mit schöner Aussicht am Hang. Bis in den Ort Toscolano-Maderno sind es rd. 2,5 km. Dort, wie überall am Gardasee, gibt es zu wenige und teure Parkplätze. Zu Fuß mit Kindern in den Ort zu laufen, ist nicht ratsam, weil ein kurzes Stück entlang der Gardasana ohne Fußgängerweg gegangen werden muss. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm groß (10 x 20 m). Auch die parkähnliche Umlage ist schön und wird gut in Schuss gehalten. Das Apartment selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und ausgestattet. Zum Apartment gehört ein Tiefengaragenplatz.

Bei einer Maisonette hatten wir nicht erwartet, dass die eine Hälfte im Keller liegt und nur über Oberlichter verfügt. So hat die fast 30 m² große Diele unten z.B. gar kein Tageslicht. Das sollte in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt sein. Zusätzlich war die Beleuchtung in unserem Apartment trotz vieler Lampen aufgrund der installierten, schwachen Beleuchtungskörper ungenügend. Steckdosen sind Mangelware (in der Küche war lediglich eine vorhanden, so dass Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher nur mit Steckerwechsel zu bedienen sind). Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist in die Jahre gekommen und zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Betten waren z.T. durchgelegen, die weiche, durchgehende Matratze im Schlafzimmer oben übertrug jede nächtliche Bewegung des Partners. Die Kaffeemaschine nimmt nur Kapseln von Lavazza, die in der Gegend wohl ausschließlich an der Rezeption zu bekommen sind. Die halbe Zeit waren leider keine vorrätig. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, wenn auch gelegentlich ein wenig blasiert.

Nagyon kedved személyzet, rugalmas be/ki checkolás. Kényelmes szállás, csodálatos medence, ahol igazán jót lehetett relaxálni az egész napos program után.

A mikro nagyon hasznos lett volna a konyhában, illetve egy apróság, hogy nem volt mosógatószivacs, és mivel a bolt nem gyalog távolságra van, így csak következő nap tudtuk megoldani a beszerzését.

A szálláshely felső szintje szép, ajánlott, az alagsori kevésbé.

A felső szint szép, jó kialakítású, kilátással a kertre. Kicsit nyújtózkodva még a tó is látható. Az étkezés 7 fő számára is kényelmes.

Sok probléma van sajnos! A szállás elérhetőségéhez megadott cím nem azt a helyet jelöli, ahol a kulcsokat át lehet venni, hanem a tényleges apartman címét. A címre azonban a domboldalon keresztül egy nehezen járható úton próbált vinni a navigáció, de nem volt sikeres a célpont megtalálása. De hiába is találtunk volna oda, senkit nem találtunk volna a címen, hiszen teljesen máshol található, külön recepció van. Hosszas keresgélés után véletlenül fordultunk be a parkolójukba, ahol semmilyen útbaigazító tábla nem volt található, melyről kiderült volna, hogy merre van a recepció, Láttunk mozgást a gazdasági bejáró felől, így arra indulva sikerült, tulajdonképpen véletlenül a recepcióra eljutni. A következő meglepetés, hogy a szállás egyik része gyakorlatilag az alagsorban a garázs szintjén van, ahol még ráadásul dohos szag is fogadott bennünket. Mivel alagsori részt kaptunk, ott kilátás még a kert felé sincs, nemhogy a tóra! A kialakítás miatt a természetes fény mennyisége is erősen korlátozott. A fény hiányzik az alagsori fürdőszobából is, ahol semmilyen megvilágítás nincs a tükörnél. A hét személyből álló családból, öt fő az alagsorban kapott szállást. Így az ár érték arány nem túl jó. A konyha is elég hiányos. Nincs kenyérpirító, microsütő és az edények száma is kevés a főzéshez. Bántó, hogy a feltöltött 40 fotóból nem derülnek ki a körülmények, különösen az alagsori elhelyezés. Az épületen testhang elleni szigetélés valószínűleg nem készült, hiszen a harmadik szinten lévők mozgását, székek húzkodását az alagsorban is hallottuk. Nem a szállás hibája, de a közelekedés nagyon nehézkes a szük egynyomsávos utakon. Rendszeresen kellett visszatolatni, hogy a szemben érkező járművekkel el tudjuk egymást kerülni.
