Great place

It's a hostel so do not expect something extravagant, however it's clean, spacious and it's situated in a walking distance from the lake, other pubs ( as it has its own pub/restaurant downstairs) restaurants and supermarkets. It has such facilities as kitchen where you can prep your own food, however the food served at the restaurant downstairs is exceptional. We regret that we had only eaten there once, burgers are perfect same as ribs and chicken. Portions are massive. Staff really friendly. It has a parking so if you travel by car you will.not have any issues finding parking nearby. We had really nice time there and we will be back.

Good value for the money. We liked it!

We had room number 15 for two nights. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, spotless linens, large desk and chair. In the bathroom we even had a hairdryer. A very pleasant surprise was the air conditioning in the room, which made our stay extremely pleasant in these hot days. Very friendly and responsive staff. A big plus was also the late check in until 00.00. For us it was a great experience!

It would help a lot if there was a hand soap in the bathroom.

They don´t serve breakfast, but food was so good at restaurant! I wouldn´t say 5 star hotel. More like bakcpackes place :) Service was so lovely! And there is a bus stop near to get to the north and south side of Lake Garda. At Sunday near here was no breakfast service anywhere, because all the places was closed. Other days we went with my father to gasoline station 200m from hostel. Service in there was also wonderful and helpful. Either people didn´t speak that much english, we always got the information what was needed. And food! Only good vibes! Was nice to be here. Would be more awesome to be there at season time! Thank you so much! Was easy to walk around 10 minutes to the lake side from Route 77. I do recommend to rent a car, so you can go to this little side routes and see amazing views <3 Garda Lake Rent Salo will deliver you car wherever you are and they are trustfull.

Bed´s (the one we where not using) was´nt so clean. Also (italian maybe don´t think our way) was thinking why no one told us where to get breakfast. But we manage it our self, And no bad feelings from here. We liked it!

Poor communication and old facility.

The view was okay and the room was clean. Parking is provided and is free.

I have stayed at many hostels with my family but this is the first one I would not recommend. Communication with the host was difficult. She was hard to reach by phone and did not respond to messages. The hostel is only open during restaurant hours. Meaning no one is there to talk to if you arrive to town early. All rooms are smoking rooms. It is loud at night and as per other reviews it is hot at night with no way to turn the heater down. Also be aware that there is no hand soap provided and only one roll of toilet paper provided as well. The kitchen is used as a smoking hangout so there are cigarette butts scattered over the room as well as old alcohol drinks left from the night before. The kitchen is also extremely dirty and not stocked well. There are 3 pans that aren't clean and probably left by someone else staying there, also there is a hot plate and one fork. There is dirt and old food all over the kitchen counters and sink. This place is cheap but they took it too the next level. Spend a few extra dollars and find a better place.

Cheap. Pub with food an beer in the same building. Friendly barkeepers. Shops, Post, Bus stop and lake near by.

Mouldy room and Bathroom! Towels smelled like vinegar. Drain in the shower was constipated. No reception, just telephonenumbers, but mostly not available. You have to ask barkeepers in the Pub for help, and not everybody can speak english.

Cheap. Everything according to the description. Not far from the beach (10 mins walk). Free parking.

A bit smelly - the rooms are above a restaurant and you could well smell the fried food. For the same reason, quite noisy in the evenings. The rooms could be cleaner and refreshed.

Disappointing

The bar was nice at night ( but 4 euro per beer seriously?????) and the view of room 23. Close to supermarket.

The bathroom wasnt clean. The ceiling had Black spots probably mold Painted over but also on top. The bathroom smelled bad permanently. The bed was very umcomfortable you can literally feel the Spirals.weboth had back pain after 2 nights. The pillows had yellow stains. And the for 5 Euro extra per person "desinfected" bedsheets had a blood stain. Downstairs is a pub so quite loud. When it's windy and you keep the window open at night the door wiggles around permanently and leaves rining noises every 2 seconds throughout the night( put toilette paper inbetween door and frame so the door doesn't move.

The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms. We had no toilet seat at all. The whole upstairs building and the rooms smelt so bad of smoke and mould. All three of us ended up sleeping in one double bed as we felt so unsafe due to the doors and windows appearing loose and easy to break into. We were never told about the kitchen which we had to find ourselves and were so disgusted by that we never used (as was really dirty with rotten food in the fridge and no cleaning supplies). Overall an awful experience, we ended up leaving a day early due to the experience.

Byłam przerażona opiniami jednak na miejscu byłam pozytywnie zaskoczona. Jak na swoją cenę warunki są na prawdę przystępne. Na miejscu świetny bar czynny do późnych godzin. Hostel zlokalizowany jest w miejscu, do którego wszędzie jest blisko na piechotę :) Byliśmy z psem i nie było to dla nikogo problemem. Gdy przebywaliśmy w barze, personel przyniósł nam nawet miskę z wodą, co było bardzo miłe. Wszystkie problemy, związane z awariami w pokoju, były natychmiast rozwiązywane. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić to miejsce jeśli nie masz dużych oczekiwań i nie potrzebujesz luksusu, a przede wszystkim tym, którzy tak jak my, szukają miejsca jedynie do noclegu i który dysponuje łazienką w pokoju :)

Zalecałabym zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość w pokojach, przede wszystkim podłóg oraz na jakość pościeli, za którą przecież należy dodatkowo zapłacić.

Una pessima proposta

Nulla della struttura per dormire

Ci hanno assegnato una stanza al terzo piano, la stanza era soffocante, priva di aria. Abbiamo trovato un ventilatore ma non era una buona soluzione. Il bagno traballante, ti appoggiavi al ripiano del lavandino e questo traballava. La doccia enorme per le dimensioni del bagno, non c'era spazio per andare al WC, non c'è una sedia o un posto per appoggiare l'asciugamano della doccia. Abbiamo resistito 2 notti e poi ce ne siamo andati 1 giorno prima.

Un piacevole soggiorno

La camera era impeccabile, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, incluso un comodo bagno privato. Non mancava proprio nulla per un soggiorno piacevole. Anche la parte ristorante/pub mi ha soddisfatto pienamente: ho mangiato benissimo, e l'atmosfera è resa ancora più piacevole dalla simpatia e disponibilità dei proprietari. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e accogliente sul Lago di Garda!

Nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Kein WLAN, kein Shampoo, kein Kühlschrank, auch tagsüber. Kein Ansprechpartner. Erst ab 18:00 Uhr ist wer im Bistro erreichbar. Leider können die weder Englisch oder deutsch.

Die Speisekarte im Pub ist sehr umfangreich und das Essen sehr gut Gute Lage,das Personal ist sehr nett.Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig.

Die Bettwäsche könnte besser sein,speziell die Leintücher sind sehr alt und schmuddelig
