The property and room were in terrific condition. Perfectly clean, lots of room, great value. Cecile was very nice and quite helpful with advice.

The room was kept very clean and the location was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and the check in process was smooth. Room was very spacious and there was a private balcony to sit and relax. There was also a terrace which was well maintained and the view was lovely from there. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

The location was perfect only 10 min stroll to the Lake and so many markets and restaurants to choose between. The property itself was spotless with great facilities for making your own tea/coffee and snacks.

There was nothing I didn’t like I found it great and very reasonably priced.

I got sick because of air conditioner, maybe should be clean from bacterias and viruses time to time.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom, especially the shower, was in very good condition, and all of that for a very low price. The location makes it easy to reach both the old town and the bus station.

The bathroom did not have a proper curtain and people from the neighboring house could see into the bathroom quite easily, so it would be great if that could be fixed.

It is a rental room, but the host only showed up (late) for the check-in. Also, there was no wifi in the bedroom, but the host didn't do anything to fix it. Inside the bedroom, there was a paper with some explanations. It mentioned breakfast and cleaning service, but breakfast wasn't available and there was no cleaning service during our four nights stay. You can find wine glasses in the room and basic cooking supplies in the shared space (toaster and kettle), but there is no cutlery or plates. So you can't cut your toast or open a wine bottle.

The host was very friendly and took good care of us! The accommodation is very clean and everything is very well maintained! We loved it. 😊😊

The room was lovely. Everything was very clean and kept looking new. The balcony was really nice for sitting out and eating breakfast. There was also a little fridge for keeping drinks and snack cool. The air-conditioning worked very well too. The location was convenient for walking into town and to nearby bus services (10 minute walk) whilst having a lovely quiet neighborhood.

Unfortunately, Mattia's time keeping and communication re the check in was poor. Prior to my stay, I thought it was excellent as we agreed my arrival time and a phone number was given to me ahead of my visit. However, on arriving, he was not there at the agreed time despite me messaging enroute to give updated details of my arrival time as my journey progressed. (These were left unread) When I called the number he provided there was no answer at all. Eventually on looking through Booking.com I found another number (his personal number) and he answered and made his way over to let me in. There was zero apology. The night before check out Mattia called to confirm the check out as being a self-checkout. He kindly said I could leave my luggage and collect it later. Thinking my arrival experience was a one off, I was happy and grateful to accept. However, on my return to collect my luggage, Mattia was not there as he had said he would be at that time. This time his phone was off/out of reception and therefore my calls were unanswered and messages undeliverable. Soon after my arrival the next couple came to check in and received the same experience I did on my arrival. Together we awaited Mattia's arrival some 30-35 minutes later. This meant I'd missed my bus time for my onward journey. It's such lovely accomodation, but please be aware that you may have a considerable wait for check in.

Comfortable and big size twinbed, very clean and modern room and bathroom. Calm and peaceful location, just a few minutes walk from the centre. Great breakfast! Great hospitality!

Very cute, clean and comfy rooms with its great views. they left tea and coffee in the room for us. The breakfast is also perfect :)

Especially the small kitchen was very good.

Camera con tutti comfort

La camera era accogliente e pulita. La colazione non era inclusa ma c'è era un kit di benvenuto, per mangiare qualcosa il mattino. In camera sia bollitore che macchinetta del caffè. Ero con mio figlio di 9 anni, hanno messo anche un piccolo pandorino e un sacchetto di caramelle. Piccole attenzioni molto apprezzate. Struttura in una posizione molto tranquilla, con minimarket a 1 minuto a piedi. Posizione ottima, circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Diversi ristoranti/pizzerie lungo il tragitto.

Sono stata a Garda per motivi medici e la posizione è ottimale perché vicino alla clinica, e ha tanti servizi vicino, la fermata dell'autobus, ill supermarket, parrucchiera e centro estetico e ristoranti, ma non è molto lontana dal centro. La camera è confortevole, accogliente e ha tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno anche prolungato, ci sono le a macchina del caffè, bollitore, tazze, bicchieri e calici, frigorifero. La disponibilità degli host poi è da 10 e lode, è stata ottima la prima volta che sono andata, ma la seconda volta meritano la lode. Per me è sentirmi a casa.

La sola cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che sia al secondo piano con scale esterne, ha è un problema di sensazioni mio

חנייה חינמית נוחה מול הדירה. החדר מרווח ביותר, המלחת חמה וזרם המים חזק ויציב. בחדר שמחנו למצוא מכונת אספרסו וקפסולות. חבל שלא היה חלב לקפה, אלא רק מכלים קטנים של מלבין קפה. היו גם עוגיות גם המיטה הזוגית וגם הספה הנפתחת היו נוחות.

Tutto l'edificio è curatissimo, Cecilia è un'ospite molto attenta e presente, ogni cosa è di alta qualità. La location è perfetta per lasciare l'auto e scordarsela per giorni: è facilissimo muoversi a piedi sia in paese che per raggiungere le mete più interessanti (natura e terme)

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, przemiła Właścicielka, spokojna okolica, dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo polecamy.
