We enjoyed our stay at Residence Bellavista!

A nice-sized terrace to enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, a spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen for four. The owner was very kind and willing to help - thank you, Michele!

Superb

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment has everything you need. The owner welcomed us at the reception, willingly explained everything and gave us some tips for trips in the area with the dog. Everything was OK, clean, we had a beautiful view from the terrace, the name of the accommodation Bellavista is true. We had a pool at my disposal, but unfortunately we didn't use it. There is also an elevator, if you have more suitcases, you will appreciate it. There is a little park for walking the dog in the morning and in the evening, and there is a bakery in the street where we bought breakfast every day. We really enjoyed it here, we would love to come back

The apartment is nice and cozy. It's a bit far from the lake but that is compensated with the pool and view from the terrace.

Dishes in the kitchen are as clean as people leave them (which is only half clean). Also the noise from the bar can be a bit disturbing when it's open till late.

Spacious property in a central and picturesque location - highly recommend!

The view from the apartment we had was breathtaking (we were on the ground floor in 2 bedroom apartment) The apartment was very spacious + private outdoor patch. Amazing to have so much private space The host was very welcoming and helpful The apartment had all the amenities, like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, stove and oven The air conditioning worked well Everything was in very good shape The pool was lovely The property is close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, market, shops, pharmacies

There is a bar on site of the property, which is a lovely addition, but for those who sleep light, maybe the ground floor apartment is not the best as the noise might interfere with sleep on a busy night (didn't bother our family much and most nights were quiet) The double bed mattress was so soft it felt like an inflatable mattress. However, this is a minor inconvenience in the light of perfect quality of everything else in the property, so more a point for possible improvement

Really kind hosts. On a day of arrival we were 1.5h late due to A4 highway complete closure on 30 km section (?!?) but host kindly reacted to this situation and welcomed us in person at 11:30 pm. We felt really good in an appartment, it is really nice and clean, warm and spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice view o Garda lake. Great outdoor arrangement, very spacious parking. Definitely would come again.

Excellent place with a stunning view and a great pool. Atmosphere was magical. Italia at it's best. Only a few steps from shops and restaurants. We miss it already. Friendly and most helpful people everywhere. Surely we will come back.

Perfect views, comfort and hospitality

I stayed 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. Michele & family are perfect hosts and very accommodating also for my extra requests. The appartment has everything needed for self-catering - at the same time nearby is everything to be reached by foot. The lake is also in walking distance within a nice stroll through the village and down the hill. Also a number of nice smaller hiking trails in the nature reserve around la Rocca di Manerba. And not to forgot the terrace / balcony view is incredible and makes you want to spend a lot of time on it :-)

I liked everything about the apartment. Clean, with a balcony and large terrace. The owner Michele was lovely and friendly, and very helpful. The pool was quiet, with plenty of places to lie. The view from our apartment was unbelievable. A lovely holiday all round.

Great value, staff and location.

Michele was an excellent host! View was stunning. The lake can be seen from both the front and back of the building. The front of the building overlooks a road, but it’s not a busy one. The pool wasn’t busy. We had a fantastic stay!

Super Lage. Premium Aussicht über den Gardasee. Zwei Balkone... Wohnung angemessen ausgestattet. Soll diesen Winter modernisiert werden laut Vermieter. Super netter Kontakt. Pool und Bar sehr gepflegt. Bequeme Betten. 2min zum Bäcker. Eigener Parkplatz kostenlos auf dem Hof. Wochenmarkt vor der Tür ist auch ganz toll. Würden immer wieder gerne hierher zurückkommen. Csodás kilátás,tisztaság ,gondoskodó szállásadó.

Csodás volt az elhelyezkedése,a kilátás. Michele minden fontos tudnivalót elküldött előre,ez nagyon sokat segített. Tisztaság és jól szervezettség. Szeretnénk mèg visszatérni.

Sajnos a medence nem fűtött ,hideg volt a vize. Nem sokat tudtunk fürödni.

Es War mega einfach einer unserer besten Urlaube überhaupt.

Wie waren schon oft hier und nicht umsonst. Es ist wie wenn mann zu hause ankommt. Der Vermieter ist mega freundlich es fühlt sich an als kommt man zur eigenen Familie. Die Ferienwohnung War super sauber die betten super weich als wäre mann im eigenen bett zu hause. Wenn etwas gebraucht wird ist der vermieter stets zur stelle. Wenn jemand eine Unterkunft sucht dann diese weil ich glaube es gibt für diese Lage und den preis keine bessere.

Es gibt wirklich nicht was uns an dieser Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in bella italia❤️

Wir waren als Familie in der Residence Bellavista. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, riesiges Apartment mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wlan und wunderschöner, großer Terrasse. Alles war sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen Frühstück mit zauberhaftem Blick. Michele und seine Frau sind super lieb,hilfsbereit und sehr Kinderfreundlich. Beide sprechen gutes Englisch und sind bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar. Lage ist super, mit dem Rad schnell am See und der Promenade, ebenfalls am rocca di manerba mit Traumaussicht. Bäckerei und Restaurants, Eisdiele fußläufig erreichbar. Saló, Desenzano mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit Auto in der Nähe (Lidl, Aldi usw.) Sirmione mit der Fähre in 25min ca. Unsere 10 Tage hier vergingen leider viel zu schnell, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!🙂

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber vllt könnte man in Zuku nft über Moskitonetze nachdenken. Unsere Kleine und ich waren ganz schön zerstochen. Ebenfalls wie bei den Vorrednern vllt bisschen Geschirr usw nachrüsten. Kühlschrank war recht laut und die Vorhänge raus zur Terrasse schon etwas mitgenommen. Dies sind lediglich Verbesserungsvorschläge.🙂

Traumhaft

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Bäcker sogar direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die man einfach genießen muss. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lägenheten överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Allt var perfekt, det var välstädat och nära till det mesta; sjön, affärer, restauranger, sevärdheter... Utsikten över sjön, från lägenheten, var helt magisk.

Een waanzinnig mooie fijne locatie, voor een basisverblijf, niet meer niet minder.

De locatie is fantastisch! Wat een uitzicht! De bijbetaling van de airconditioning was het voor ons zeker waard, zonder de airco was het waarschijnlijk zeer heet geweest. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk, wij kennen ze als vrolijke mensen die goed Engels spreken. Het gebouw heeft een lift en ieder appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats op huisnummer, echt super! Het is een ontzettend leuk gebied met in de straat een 2 authentieke pleintjes met diverse horeca en kerkjes. Echt heel Italiaans. In dezelfde straat is elke vrijdag een markt die ten opzichte van de andere markten rond het meer, toch echt wel de leukste is.

Het bed was te kort voor mij (191 cm). Het daadwerkelijke bed was 10 cm korter dan de ombouw. Ik heb de spleet die ontstond moeten opvullen met andere kussens, anders zou mijn hoofdkussen hier tussen verdwijnen. De douche gaf zeer weinig waterdruk en werd vaak ineens koud. Ten opzichte van andere appartementen die al gerenoveerd zijn, was ons appartement echt verouderd en heeft vernieuwing nodig. Met name de keuken was echt aan vervanging toe. De oven heeft 30 minuten nodig om voor te verwarmen, wat ik best lang vind.

. Deben especificar que el departamento es un depatamento vacacional y no ofrecen servicios basicos como darte jabon, shampoo, y cosas basicas que los hoteles o algunas estancias la mayoria ofrecen, sin embargo el anfitrio nos proporciono lagunas de estas cosas por amabilidad

Fantastisch, super lieve mensen met een heel mooi uitzicht over het Gardameer.

Wat een vriendelijke eigenaar/ gezinnen. Michele en zijn broer runnen dit samen met hun vrouwen. Vriendelijke ontvangst en maken graag een praatje met de gasten. Leuke poolbar en zwembad. Ze geven goede tips waar je lekker kan eten en wat er in de buurt te doen is. Deze accommodatie zit snel vol dus wanneer er plaats is meteen boeken😃. Genoten van het grote appartement met tuin die omheind is, ideaal voor ons hondje. Wij gaan hier graag naar terug.
