Great green areas! Loved the balcony.

Everything was really nice. Meets its needs. It would be nice to have more modern appliances such as coffeemaker , tv and hairdryer. It would be nice to have a moca coffeemaker instead of the coffee jar. And the sofa bed has a really uncomfortable mattress. I went with my dog and saw other dogs off the leash and find poop in the gardens. As a big dog owner I found this unacceptable but it is not the properties fault but the customers that don’t followed the rules. But for the rest good !!!

Everything is well organised, very nice location of the houses - you don't see a neighbours. Nice garden and personal sunbeds and umbrella dedicated to your apartment.

Lovely place but some issues...

Facilities were great, restaurant and shop were excellent, pools were clean and we'll maintained. A few more slides in pool etc would have been good and activities during the day.

Our stay was hampered by the wardrobes in every room, the had a smell of damp and being unused and not properly cleaned, we were unable to unpack out suits cases because of the smell, we had to keep wardrobes closed because of the smell, the wifi was not in existences in our apartment, we also had no cell phone reception, unless you were willing to stand at the windows all evening, I did complain the evening we arrived and asked if we could be moved, I was told the booking manager was not availabe and they would contact us in the morning, that never happened, so we just gave up after that and felt we were obviously not important enough to make a call to and resolve our issue.... Not a great feeling 😢

Nice for a short stay and very good starting point for sightseeing around the Garda lake.

Kids loved the pool although it wasn't heated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and it was enough space. We could pay the parking for an extra car. The safety of the premises was good because of the locked doors and you could only enter with a passcode. We got a bottle of tasteful local wine at the departure.

The smell in the appartment, because it wasn't ventillated properly. The bed linen is just sheets and woolen covers. Residents should recycle, but there is only one bin in the appartment.

The location and the swimming pool is amazing, the apartment are so comfortable. The service was outstanding! The restaurant and the supermarket offer a quality service.

Unfortunately I must be honest about this. The internet connection is the worst I have experience! No internet reception and no internet service! The wifi doesn’t work on the basement apartment. Besides the internet, everything else is really good.

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool. Parking place provided.

I choose the apartment because of "lake view" but I could only see the sea when standing, if sitting down on the terrace then only walls were seen. The relaxing pools were dirty. Wifi was poor. No convenient plug-in options for mobile phones. Bathroom window had no curtain but looked at the common swimming pool. No micro wave in the kitchen. You have to pay for everything extra: bed linens, towels, air condition, sunbeds next to the pool, playing tennis, better wifi, final cleaning while we paid more than 200 euros per night. Clearly overpriced.
