Excellent location and setting but disappointing stay

This hotel is all about location: in front of the lake. The views over the lake and the mountains are quite nice Excelent sidewalk at the lake shore Nice pool, but too crowded.

The room layout is terrible. It should at least have a balcony as it faces the lake. There is only windows with safety bars that hinder the nice view. The worst wifi we had in this 90 day trip in Europe! The hotel does not replenish toilet paper. Kind of clueless economy... The hotel does not provide beach towels. Also does not have beach chairs. This is a pity in such nice location. Very small room and kitchen.

The view from the balcony was great, free parking right outside door was convenient and the kitchen was well equipped.

It was hard to get the sun blocked out in the morning from the living room (were half of us were sleeping on the sofa bed).

The complex is enjoyable, it has a pool and a nice little restaurant/pizzeria with good food and polite service. The apartment was spacious and clean with several amenities included. The views over the lake and the mountains are quite nice

The internet connection is almost nonexistent, making working impossible. If you plan to watch a movie, download it first, if the patchy connection allows it. There is no dishwasher, so the dishes are only as clean as the previous occupant has left them.

Location was apt for people driving the car. Big rooms and nice view.

Location great! Nice views

Charged for additional services even though you’ve paid a very fair price for the accommodation. Aircon was extra, towels were charged as an extra. Toilet roll we had one for 2 days for 3 adults. Room was clean but to have sheets changed or bins emptied again extra fees. The two hundred euros we paid per night to have nothing included was a big disappointment with this property.

Perfect location and good apartment with some extra's

Location was beyond perfection! The pool was big enough and there were enough sunbeds to have a lie down. There is a direct access to the lake beach, and kids loved it. The apartment is spacious with enough storages. There is a nice size veranda and kitchen is well-equipped.

I was aware that airco would be extra but quite expensive than I thought. Also wifi was extra but you can access to wifi on only one device at one time. That was crap. The mattress on sofabed was so bad, it hurt my back from day 2. We added breakfast, but there was not much to go for. I felt €10 per meal quite over-priced for the quality.

Apartment equipment is outdated, pictures shown for apartment shown/rented don't resemble apartment assigned. Safe is ridiculous tiny, as is the television size. Although sales pitch shows apartment has privacy, in reality it is far from that. Price for apartment is high and should cover all-in, but extra charges are for airco remote control, internet, towels, etc.

Nice and helpful staff, but a bit of a 'camping vibe'

Staff is really helpful, we couldn't find pillows for the bed-couch, texted them at around 22.15 hrs (expecting a reply the next Day) and 30 mins later someone knocked softly on the door to show us where they are. Friendlyness and willing to help from all of them, no matter the subject. AC working really well was a big plus at 39 degrees heat.

A little bit of a camping vibe we did not expect at this price level. Some noisy neighbours, people 'claiming' beds at the pool early in the morning (not being stopped to do so by the lifeguard at work) resulting in no bed available if you visit the pool in the afternoon and people still being allowed to smoke outside on balcony's or at the bar next to where you're eating outside etc. Appartments overlooking neighbours accros, the lake can only be seen from outside of the appartments. WiFi not working in our appartment, seemed to far from the reception, working walking closer to that. Overall nice, the staff is very nice, but too crowded to our liking.

Nice location, clean rooms

Room was clean, the direct location at the lake is perfect. They also have a nice playground and the pizza at the restaurant is delicious.

Our room wasn't ready at our arrival at 12 noon, which was totally fine because check in is at 2.30pm. but the staff told us that the room will be ready shortly and we can wait that time at the pool bar. Shortly meant that the room wasn't even ready at 2.30pm! If they would have told us, we could have go for groceries etc in meantime. But we waited with our 1 year old and 38 degrees outside for 2.5 hours.

Only had 1 toilet paper roll... And no detergent for the dishes nor paper roll for the kitchen. Unnecessary, considering everything else was very good.

Amazing Onda Blu!!

The location was amazing and the staff was really nice and attentive. Everything was great. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the great lake of Garda. It is outside the chaotic world but full of nice places and restaurants in the near by. I had my birthday during my stay and the staff surprised me with a bottle of wine at the door and a nice birthday card. It was really sweet of them!

Nice holiday apartments by the lake, with a kitchen and livingroom. Nice pool. Probably a fun place if you want to spend a week by the lake.

Bed was really not comfortable. We were a bit cold at night, but turns out it costs another few euros to get the A/C remote (and we didn't opt for it when checking in). Towels are also extra $$, which they did mention up-front but still a bit odd. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working (we found out only in the morning :( ) The host at the on-site restaurant was uninviting and borderline rude. Was not a good choice for a 1-night stay after a long flight.

The location is great, as well as the swimming pool, the outdoor place outside of the rooms and the direct access to the lake front.

I find it bizarre at a structure like this and with these (rather significant prices) to not offer towels and to charge for heating! Everything seems to come at an extra cost which is a a reason for me to not wanting to go back
