The hotel is actually a beautiful house with only 5 rooms. The room we had was comfortabel with a good bed.
Every morning we had a delicious breakfast served by the lovely always smiling Eleonora. One evening we had dinner on the terrace of the hotel. The food, wine and service were excellent.

The beautiful restored villa and gorgeous location right on the lake with sumptuous grounds
No elevator but not a big deal as staff was really helpful with bags

excellent hotel in a super location at the borders of Lake Garda.
unbelievably beautiful terrace and restaurant facilities in open air, at the waterfront.
perfect service in all possible details, with friendly and professional staff.
superb food.
just a small detail : when leaving the property on foot, you need to walk a minimum of 30 meters at a public street with a lot of fast cars, and without sidewalk - very dangerous.
maybe good to have the people who need to do this , walk out at the tower (second location), because here one can at least cross the street on a safer footpath.
