This was our third time staying at the hotel. As always, the staff very attentive and pleasant. The room was very nice. Bedding could be a little bit more comfortable. Again, excellent dinner, breakfast seemed to be lacking some items they had in the past. Overall, this is a great hotel that we will be returning to again next year. .

A charming lakeside stay with outstanding breakfast and excellent service

The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located by the lake. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional — the best of our entire trip — with high-quality products and an incredible view of Lake Garda

The dinner at the restaurant did not meet our expectations compared to the rest of the experience

Lovely spacious lakeside hotel with excellent food and beautiful pool.

Very comfortable hotel right on the lake with wonderful views. Delicious breakfasts with a vast choice. Great dinners sitting right by the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Easy walk to Gardone Riviera with lots of restaurants and boat trips. 20 min walk to Salò which is an attractive town with a good market, lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

A lovely boutique hotel, in a perfect location, in one of the most picturesque places in Europe.

The location was second to none. There are more expensive hotels in the area but nothing compares to the location and access to the lake. The scenery was stunning and the breakfast was great.

They need more staff to attend to guests around the pool during the day. It took far too long to get drinks / food served as they only had 1 person looking after pool guests as well as anyone that turned up to the restaurant. Such a nice place to relax but the lack of service was painful

The restaurant was average at best and quiet expensive, the rooms weren’t serviced very well and the staff disinterested on the whole. It’s a common problem when it’s a tourist hotspot, they don’t have to try.

The organization… all the staff had no idea what they were doing. I never got my drinks or dessert at dinner, they didn’t know how to charge me, then thought they made a mistake… chaos after chaos. There was no space at the pool (hammocks) and no irons available to iron.

A beautiful, relaxing stay in a gorgeous hotel

The most beautiful location, and the friendliest staff. We had a wonderful week here enjoying breakfast by the lake, relaxing by the pool as a family and strolling up to Gardone to catch the boat or have dinner. A truly memorable holiday.

The rooms need more electrical sockets to plug in devices, and also proper glasses instead of flimsy plastic beakers in the bathroom.

A very disappointing experience.

The main hotel is in a beautiful location, located on the lake, and looks stunning. But we were not given a room there. They put us in a run down apartment next to the hotel.

This was a misleading booking as we were not booked into the hotel, but a run down apartment next to the hotel. The hotel did not make this clear, and all the pictures were of the primary hotel, the well anointed rooms, and stunning location on the lake. I was walked by the front staff to a dark apartment building next to the hotel, and shown an old apartment with old/uncomfortable beds and bedding. The hotel was NOT transparent saying we were to be booked elsewhere. They then said as we booked this through booking.com, they could not give us our money back.

The best place to stay on Garda!

Marvelous place, all made such way you want to come back! Big room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, friendly staff, the best breakfast I ever had in Italy. The view from the balcony on the lake and swimming pool, you can go downstairs and enjoy the lake - it is near you feet!

everything was absloutely spot on, the room was very spacious and comfortable with all the ammenaties you'd expect and the breakfast was diverse and very tasty. Really comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful and ready to be of help when required.

Exceptional property for location on Lake Garda. Food was high quality. Good air conditioning to deal with the heat. Lovely views of the lake from the room and general room design and particularly bathroom was exceptional. Classic Italian design. Lovely.

The staff. Particularly the older Italian staff. The young staff were friendly and courteous but I found the restaurant manager and his female number two intolerably discourteous barely concealing and undercurrent of contempt towards me as an English man clearly. They always prioritised older couples who they perceived to be high rollers from Germany and Switzerland or the Nordic countries. They came a cropper on one occasion however as I made friends with these guests and they are professionals themselves and could see the older Italian staff were mistreating me. Let me give one appalling example. At breakfast one morning we had thunderstorms the night before and it was still looking like rain might return so no guest wanted to sit outside by the lake. The guests all came down between 9-9:30am (including me but my partner didn’t as she wanted to lie in) so the restaurant tables indoors were all taken. This meant an unofficial queuing system was occurring outside the restaurant. Two couples were waiting when I arrived so I sat by the bar to await my turn. The first couple was seated and then the second so it was my turn next. At that point another couple arrived and sat down on the chairs one of the previous couples waiting had vacated. When the next table became available the restaurant manager completely blanked me like I was invisible and offered that table to the couple who arrived AFTER me. I decided to let it go as not cause a scene in the restaurant as I felt the restaurant manager was deliberately looking for an opportunity to antagonise me. Then another couple arrived Peter (Swiss) and his wife Sabine (German). Unluckily for the female Maitre d’ they were good friends of mine because she pulled the same stunt as her boss completely ignoring me and offering them the next available table (I’d now been waiting for 15mins).

The best of all the hotels we stayed at for comfort and care of the traveller.

The property is right on the lake and the pool is fantastic. The staff went beyond expectations for us and made phone calls for us to a local facility when we were having trouble. They checked up on us daily and arrived every afternoon with cookies. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and really was comfortable.

Perfect long weekend with stunning views and such friendly staff.

The setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning. We had beautiful views of the lake and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the traditional decor of the room. The spa was amazing with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel were brilliant. So accommodating and friendly, wanting to make our staff perfect with them. The food was AMAZING! We will definitely return to the hotel, a wonderful break.
