Nice property by the lake with a scenic dining area for breakfast to enjoy the lake, The breakfast was fine with great coffee and cooked to order omelets and French toast.
The staff at the front desk is professional and polite but not particularly welcoming or cheerful. No request whether you need assistance with your luggage or if you have any questions about the area. I noticed they were the same with all arriving guests. Not overly hospitable.

absolut geniale Lage direkt am See. Top Frühstück und gutes Abendessen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos. Große Terrasse. Das Restaurant auch für das Früstück sind direkt am See und ich meine direkt am See. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der letzten Märzwoche
für uns waren die Betten und vor allem die Kissen zu hart. Kann aber durchaus sein, dass andere diese Härte lieben, würde es daher nicht als wirklich negativ werten. Nicht störend sind die Möbel aber hochwertig sind diese definitiv nicht.

The location was lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. The pool was good and the hotel catered for our dog.
I liked the hotel, but I have had just as good for half the price. Although the room was spacious, it lacked some basics. No ironing board, no coffee machine and the TV initially didn’t work. When they got it working there was only one English channel. I expect a bit more from somewhere that caters for the British and costs £300 a night. I felt we paid over the odds for a nice view. By far the biggest issue was the very poor wi-fi. Actually, the WiFi wasn’t the issue. It was the staff attitude that really annoyed me. They couldn’t have cared less and just blamed someone else. They made no effort to fix the problem or provide good customer service. Again, for the price one expects much much better.
