Kind considerate staff, who where able to take into account my mothers wheel chair use.

Perfect spot for relaxation and exploration.

The location is gorgeous, and the views are amazing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, the property and room were spotless. The breakfast is incredible, I am not sure how my husband will cope without the French toast!

The location was lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. The pool was good and the hotel catered for our dog.

I liked the hotel, but I have had just as good for half the price. Although the room was spacious, it lacked some basics. No ironing board, no coffee machine and the TV initially didn’t work. When they got it working there was only one English channel. I expect a bit more from somewhere that caters for the British and costs £300 a night. I felt we paid over the odds for a nice view. By far the biggest issue was the very poor wi-fi. Actually, the WiFi wasn’t the issue. It was the staff attitude that really annoyed me. They couldn’t have cared less and just blamed someone else. They made no effort to fix the problem or provide good customer service. Again, for the price one expects much much better.

Amazing hotel located in a calm part of Lago di Garda.

The location is in a partly remote area however this means that the view gets stunning. You see the lovely villages on the other side of the lake accompanied with the mountains in the background. It is placed literary next to a small harbor with docks just outside the restaurant. The rooms are state of the art and our balcony was located just above the restaurant. The infinity pool was lovely and calmer days you have a short walk to the local beach. The restaurant was great with very good options with fresh seafood and meat dishes. Primi options was wide and very tasty. The Wine list was offering great wines from 20 euro up to very high standards.

Camera “vista lago”

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con colazione inclusa, in una luxury vista lago, camera enorme, spaziosissima, molto pulita, e molto bella. Stanze davvero ben insonorizzate, i vicini non si sentono, il rumore passa solo dalla porta della camera. Colazione molto varia, buona e fresca. Ristorante per noi non compreso nella mezza pensione, leggermente caro, soprattutto i dolci, ma di qualità

Nonostante una luxury vista lago, non c’era una piena vista lago, davanti c’è un’altra struttura sempre dell’albergo e la vista da camera nostra era parziale, solo dai lati. La spa dell’albergo è piccolina, manca una piscina interna, anche un idromassaggio, ci sono veramente tanti forse troppi lettini dove rilassarsi

Siamo stati in questa struttura la notte di Capodanno. L'hotel affaccia proprio sul lago con attracco privato. Certo, a dicembre non c'è tanta gente. Ma credo che d'estate sia bellissimo. Ha un enorme parcheggio che è un plus non da poco. Una bellissima piscina. La struttura è pulitissima e molto profumata! Colazione con affaccio sul lago mio golosa e suggestiva. Ci torneremo nella bella stagione

Natura incantevole e location da favola

Posto incantevole, sembra di stare in una favola. Lo sciabordio delle onde(!!? Su llago??!!) che fa tintinnare i pali delle barche addormentate.... già questo merita! Pace...tranquillità... Il panorama, la vista che si gode dal piano terra o dal.primo piano, mozzafiato! Poi certo.... c'è la.piscina con uno splendido giardino di ulivi!!!! C'è la spa e percorso benessere e centro massaggi &beauty aperta da matt a sera,il bar ed il ristorante di ottimo livello aperto anche agli esterni, vizi , attenzioni e coccole da parte del personale, sempre attento e disponibile.... Un plus da non sottovalutare, soprattutto l accoglienza calorosa e la disponibilità per richieste ed informazioni, ed anche momenti di chiacchiere e relax La struttura moderna ed egregiamente tenuta, i servizi impeccabili!!! I bagni della hall e anche quelli delle stanze, sono un vero comfort... Letto con materasso davvero comodo, per sonni da Princpesse! 4 stelle piene!!!! Grazie!

Posizione fantastica, sul lago di Garda. Camera pulita, spaziosa, moderna, funzionale. Cibo ottimo e presentazione curata. SPA piccola ma accogliente.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto che la Spa avesse qualche servizio in più come ad esempio la vasca idromassaggio. Inoltre ho trovato i cuscini della camera scomodi; se fossi rimasta di più avrei chiesto di cambiarli.

Soggiorno di relax di coppia

E' stato un soggiorno davvero rilassante. Fuori pioveva e abbiamo potuto godere a pieno del servizio SPA, ristorante e colazione. Tutto all'altezza delle aspettative. In particolare la SPA è nuova e pulita. La camera era grande, perfettamente pulita e la colazione varia. Staff gentile

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, in una struttura del genere sarebbe ideale chiudere la colazione almeno un'ora dopo. Il buffet infatti chiude alle 10. Per chi vuole dormire un po' di più durante il fine settimana potrebbe essere un po' tirato. Sarebbe perfetto chiudere il buffet alle 11 e il check-out alle 12.
