Elegant hotel, lovely staff, wonderful stay

We stayed as a family of 4 (with two toddlers) and absolutely loved the hotel, the pool area, the staff, location etc. We stayed for three nights and got to enjoy both the hotel and surrounding cities. It’s very well located offering privacy but also ease of access to roads to other towns. Elegant and welcoming, we would love to stay again.

Amazing view over the beautiful surroundings and a quiet place to relax. The spa area was modern and newly renovated! We appreciated the strategic location of the hotel for exploring different parts of the lake as well as the Valpolicella area

I felt a bit uncomfortable because, although the receptionist knew I don’t speak Italian, it seemed like she made some not nice remarks about us to her colleague. I found it rather inappropriate.

Perfect family stay

The location of the hotel on the hill was great - just above the town of Garda, 5 minutes by car. This gave a great view over the lake with a perfect garden next to the pool. The rooms were clean and cozy, comfortable beds. I loved that on breakfast the fruits were cut, ready to eat - kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple and many more. All the personnel were smiling and helpful. Overall a perfect family stay.

Since the hotel is pet friendly, there were many dogs, which is OK, but there was the occasional bark and fights. Especially uncomfortable during calm breakfast.

we had a great stay - would come back.

Really liked the staff and the property. Very well run facility. It's 7km or so from Garda, so a short drive or bike ride, but the hill is quite steep if you are not a good biker (or e-biker). The spa was opened for free for guests our week, so that was really nice and we took advantage of it. Also there are some free bikes and e-bikes for very reasonable rentals. The restaurant/bar on premise was very good. Breakfast was nice, but got quite monotonous with the same items offered every day, thought there was variety and good quality. Originally we wanted to go to "bike" hotel, but we were able to do a lot of biking and these bike hotels seems to charge nearly double for one guided ride per day. The biking facilities they have are fine for bikers.

We had a garden room and the wifi/phone signal was awful there. One or the other would go out or sometimes both. They need more routers down there. As well, because there was a ton of rain our week it felt a bit musty in this room.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking and made each morning feel so special. The place was spotless clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful variety that catered to every taste. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience!

One small note: you could occasionally hear other guests (we had a snorer) and the sound of toilet flushes, but it didn’t affect our overall experience at all, just the whole "rustic" experiance.

very good experience

The hotel is located on a hill with nice view of garda lake. Our room was not on the lakeside but the mountain view was still very nice and relaxing. Breakfast is exceptional, it is really rich. Spa is a bit small but satisfactory. The open pool area is also very nice for relaxing. You can also have a dinner at the hotel if you do not want to go to town. Parking area is big enough. Last of all, the value for money is great.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. What makes this hotel so special is not just the location or the view of the lake from up the hill but also the kindness of the employees. If you are looking for a hotel close to Garda you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We also dined at the hotel restaurant for 2 consecutive evenings and the food was delicious too.

Exceptional staff and view the hotel itself is very relaxing and welcoming.

The staff were all very kind and polite all the time, especially Chiara Stefano the receptionist and all the other staff too they were always welcoming and warm. The view was exceptional and we could relax comfortably. The hotel itself was very communicative. The room service was very affordable and it was exceptionally good.

There was nothing that we didn’t like and it’s hard to find what didn’t go well. As everything in the hotel was very relaxing and welcoming to everyone.

The courtesy of the staff is outstanding. I travel a lot and the attidute of all members of staff deserve a great thank you. It set the tone of hospitality. The place is nice as you see it on the pitcures with a lot of space and calm around the swimming pool.

We forgot a Eres blu ladies swimsuit in the changing room which must have found a better owner...
