Very nice resort for family with kids, location is good near garda lake
    6.8 / 10Average·Aug 2026
The resort is nice enough (facilities) but rooms are extremely basic like a monastery, the free shuttle is driven by grumpy rude staff who spoil your day and make you feel like its am imposition to have to drive you, there are rarely enough seats in the shuttle either, the breakfast is really fabulous with a huge selection of healthy options,, the waiting staff are not welcoming, the bar staff are very rude - the reception ladies are nice. Generally, the staff are ruining our stay. And there are no frills at the hotel. We wouldn't return. Give this a miss, Stay on the lake. Save yourself the upset and headaches of rude staff and shuttle bus up the hill.
